I Love this. I have what they call Juvenile Arthritis and have had it since I’ve been 20. (48) now My arms and hands go numb out of nowhere, it’s very strange. The first time I ever had an episode was when I took my oldest son out of his crib years ago, and almost dropping him cause my hands up to my elbow went completely numb. These exercises are phenomenal now that I’m older. Thank you so much. Hope you lovely ladies are doing well and that sweet Mochi too. 🤗 🤗 🤗

I’ve been going to physical therapy and she had me walk the farmers bags with 8 lb dumbbells one in each hand n standing up straight for about 3 minutes.
