Hello Jimmy, thanks for your video. It's insightful. I was just wondering, regarding the last example where you first have a trigger and then it will create an action "send a new email" to someone. First of all: if you write your variable {{firstname}} should it be ''no data"? that comes after that or the name. If it's the name, will it still be dynamic? Secondly, I have tried this Zap, but my signature, for some reason comes as an attachment. Would you know why? Thanks again for your work and support!
No worries at all. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the "no data" bit. Could you expand on that? As for the signature I haven't experienced that personally but I've seen other people's arrive in my inbox like that. Is it an image? If so I'd switch to a text signature

This is awesome! For the last zap where you created an action for the labelled emails to be dropped into a google drive folder is there a way to get more granular. So if you needed to ensure the emails would drop into specific folders? For example, any labelled receipts from May 2022 drop into the “may 2022” folder in gdrive and so forth. Is there a way for zap to recognise the dates so it can be automated / organised in that way?
Thanks for your video! I set up a successful gmail to twilio integration to text when a new lead comes in. when I text it in zapier it works fine but when a lead comes in it doesn't fire properly. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Can you help? I know this is a specific issue
You'll have to look in Zapier Task History to see what when wrong. If there's no history for zap it means the trigger isn't set up properly. Hope this helps you fix it!
I had a similar question. I would like to set up automation to trigger a reply to an email based on specific keywords that I will specify. The reply should use a template, regardless of the "To" email address. It seems that in order for this to work, you have to specify one or more email addresses, but I don't know what they will be since the emails will be coming in.

Yeah you could use some of the Zapier Formatter functions to read dates and select folders appropriately

That could be Zapier's polling interval. I think it is 15 mins on the free account
