These are some of my best Zapier workflows, and I hope they give you some ideas for what you can do with Zapier.
The biggest question I get about Zapier & workflow automation is that people don’t know where to start. Every business is different, so it’s hard to give examples that apply to everyone - but this video should at least get some ideas flowing.

@Vibrando Alto I think so but from what I understand you'll need to use whatsapp business API. The cheapest way to do that is likely Twilio, which has a Zapier integration. I'd look into that

Thank you for your inspiring video. I am building a Zap where a form submission in Jotform triggers an Excel file to be uploaded in Sharepoint. After that, an Excel file with the information is being sent to an e-mail adress. I am a little bit in doubt how I can attach the Excel file. It has to be the right file containing the data from the Jotform submission.

I'm not familiar with Flowchat but if they have a Zapier integration it should be pretty simple

Hey mate, do you know any idea on how I can allow clients to sign a [docu sign] before [checking out] ? would be a great one for me. then also possibly adding a [invoice] of the purchase. Im using wix and they are connected to zapier.
Sorry I only just saw your comment and you've probably solved it by now. That kind of flow would probably need to be done outside of Zapier. e.g. Docusign would need the ability to redirect someone after they have signed to a new URL, in this case the checkout.
However in Zapier you could do something like when document is signed, send them an email to the checkout URL. The invoice could be generated through Zapier, probably through your accounting software e.g. QBO or Xero
do you know if we can create a zap to take a new/updated row in Google sheets into learndash course description? we are creating multiple databases for clients and need a way to update the written portion of descriptions in the course.

Is it possible to remove entries from a digest?
I don't think so but you could maybe try some wizardry with regex/text formatter to pull things out before sending the full digest to an action
Wow that final work flow is probably the most powerful one that i could use. shame its so many steps, the free version only allows 1 zap (step). I dont think i can justify the spend for just one work flow. Do you reckon i could build something similar on Mautic?
Not sure to be honest. You might be able to do something similar with the free plan on Integromat. Gett a month of the basic plan free with this link csnare.com/integromat

Definitely try Integromat, you can do as many steps as you want, even on the free plan.
Any idea how to use Zapier to clone/backup 1 folder inside Google Drive into another folder in the same Google Drive account?

My requirement is to email recurring salesforce calendar events to a group of salesforce contacts (List View). And the next step is to Automate this requirement for sending recurring meeting emails every week to Salesforce contacts (List View). Is it possible to automate, connecting recurring Google Calendar event to salesforce and emailing recurring calendar event to Salesforce Contacts (List view)?
Not sure. I don't use salesforce. I would hope they have the ability to feed their calendar into external tools like Google, then you can handle the reminders from there
So, how do you deploy or transfer a zap to a client?
I usually create them directly in their account. It's not just the Zap you'd need to transfer - it's the account connections as well. I don't think that is possible

Maybe more than 50%, but less than 100%, as demonstrated in this video and others.

Do things on a schedule. Start workflows on a manual action (chrome extension).
You're right that it's just moving things between apps, but that's massively simplifying

If companies sent newsletter emails that followed a consistent format u could paste that I guess that's getting external info...

Hi Jimmy, great and valuable video, lots of info. What workflow integration company do you recommend for the following process.
1. Send WHATSAPP reminders to patients 24 hours before their appontments scheduled in GOOGLE CALENDAR.
2. Send WHATSAPP invitations to reschedule to patients in GOOGLE CALENDAR who cancelled their appontments
3. Send WHATSAPP promotions of other medical services to patients in GOOGLE CALENDAR
4. Generate GOOGLE SHEETS reports of the above points.
I haven't built any Whatsapp integrations sorry, so I'm not sure
