Great tutorial as always! Only downside I see on this is that if CGPT answers, it would get info just until 2021, so no updated answers... Would be more valuable if you could send the info from the user to flowise or botpress to get the info from a custom knowledge base, more updated and rich in information from the actual market! Is it possible to do this?

Awesome video :) But there is one thing i cant get my head around and thats the account managing. When using zapier, i of course have to connect all kinds of accounts in order to automate things. Do i really need to ask the client for the credentials of their email, google, jira and all the other accounts?
I wouldn't like to give away such sensible information to a random business. So is there a way to request access for accounts or how do you actually get access to the clients accounts without asking for their passwords?
Lastpass. They share access with you, or you have them log into your zapier on the call and add them to zapier, so neither of the parties has/shares any passwords, yet in the end, everything is connected

I've been looking into multiple Zapier videos to educate myself on the possibilities. A question I have that I can't seem to find is how to manage clients from my own Zapier account. You briefly mentioned that that's a good idea to prevent stealing, but how is this done in practical terms if, for example, my 20 clients all need to log in with their 10 different (gmail, openai, excel, etc.) accounts? How does that whole workflow go and how can I make this as easy as possible for my client? I'd love a reply but also noticed there are 0 videos on this topic, so it might be a good one for you to make.

Been doing some research.. Make is a great alternative to Zapier and you can create Teams. From there, just try it out and find out how it works in detail!

Hey Liam, thanks for the great video. You said you should keep the Zapier account to yourself to protect yourself, but what about the ChatGPT API Key? Wouldn't using our own key add unexpected expenses, especially if we're using a lot of tokens from large corpora of text? Also, just a recommendation for others, you could create a separate organisation and an API key within that organisation for each of your clients to keep things tidy.
Yes you would want to track the orgs per key. You could either set limits or just pass along the costs

@@markojakovljevic4779 I was thinking more on the lines of having 1 account you use to manage for your clients. Within that account, you create separate organisations to represent a singular client. That way you can make separate changes to different clients all under 1 account.

Liam, when you sign and onboard new clients, are you creating accounts for the client to Zapier, Open Ai, Bot Press etc, or using your account? Also - how do you justify the monthly retainer after the automation is set up? Like once the automation are set up, there is virtually no maintenance?
