I have a couple of questions if you could answer please: 1- When working with the email module, the content type option does not appear to? 2- When I get the test email, there are no spaces between the paragraphs, it is just one big block words, which is not grammatically correct and also not easy to read, any one knows why is this happening? I am using the free version to test Make, wondering if this is the reason.

This was the best Video I watched till now for Beginners . Respectfully if you can Make another one for a more advanced Level would be great. Thanks for your great efforts.
Your demos really are first class. I often have to do demos for new features/systems at work, they are never this good! I really like the 'operations' cost model of Make, definitely preferable to Zapier's subscription model. Not sure I like the scheduling only trigger method, would prefer 'on event' triggering like in Microsoft's PowerAutomate, but I did see Webhook and HTTP triggers there so maybe this is possible. Great video, really interesting and expertly produced.
@@KevinStratvert I saw something about Microsoft releasing an open source screen reader. As someone really interested in accessibility tech and also curious about how one might be allowed to modify such an open source product for academic text, that might be something cool to cover.
Thankyou Kevin! Your explanations are so good to understand for a beginner and the integration of a practical scenerio makes it easy. The story telling works better on me. Thankyou so much!~
Ok.. This is great.. Was thinking of a way to collect data from a reservation form.. Submit and respond with an email.. This has solved half of my problem..
Hey thanks for the great demonstration. I have a question in my mind while watching the video. Let's say I set up the automation interval for 15 minutes. So, when a new form submission will encounter, is that going to send a thank you mail to all the customers again? If not then, will that deduct my 1000 free credit even I have no order for a day as i set it to run in every 15 minutes.
Thanks for the clear instructions, one of the best teachers to have and I Hope you make a playlist on this topic. so much more to learn. I watch this several times.
Simple and sweet tutorial, as always... btw, your International Customers are going to be disappointed because you are going to fail in delivery despite giving them a promise! :) You should've picked the "email" field from Google Sheets which has your confirmed orders and not from the input source, Google Forms since you will filtering out of country orders! refer: 17:00 - 17:11
Why did you choose to automate Google Forms with Google Sheets using 'Make' when there's an option to fetch data from Google Forms directly into Google Sheets? Wouldn't there be a better example?
Yeah, I am a little confused as to whether you already had the form connected to the same sheet via Google forms before connecting it via Make? Also, when leads complete the form, will I still get the analytics under the "Responses" tab on Google forms? Also, if I have the Google sheet connected to the Sheet via both Make and Google forms, will I get duplicate responses?
@@zodn921 no Google forms can already send data straight to any sheet in your account. What he did was first get Google sheet then he used make to connect forms and sheet. I don't know if you'll get a duplicate response you just need to try it out and see ;)
Nice tutorial! Let's say you get an order and fill out your sheet automatically. 2 days later the customer changes their mind and cancels the order. Can you automatically remove that line from excel? if so, will every row in the excel move up? maybe a better scenario is when a meeting is booked for next week and then 2 days later the person either reschedules or cancels. How to get the excel sheet updated with this info?
This has been one of the best and easiest videos to follow! I do keep hitting an error on the email step… when I add my draft template and then try to connect data to it from the form, my interface begins to act slow and not allow me to type in the email area. Also, once I hit okay and close that email and open it my draft email is gone and the linked data is there but when the email sends, it’s blank with no content within it. I’m sure this comment might be hard to understand without a visual but if you have some advice to help me get unstuck, I’d love it!
Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing. A few questions, I'm getting into MAKE for the first tima. For this diagram, can you, at the end when the team receives the message, add an extra step so they can complete inside the Google sheet the confirmation that the order was produced and sent? Can you create an order ID into the Google sheet as well? (so it is easy to track in the future. Thxs again!
Thank you so much for this Kevin. Your videos are excellent. I do have a question though. It seemed like the information from Google forms was carried through so that you could use it in the Email module. So why not just add the Teams to the end, and use the information from Google Sheets. In other words, what does the Router add that you couldn't have already done without it?
This is fantastic info. I have a question: I do real estate explainer videos. Is there a way to synchronize “text to voice” with pictures or vice versa? In other words, I would like to automate my explainer videos. Every time a new description is spoken, a new picture appears.
