What you have setup to automate all those workflows is amazing! I've never seen a video of a business owner who has reached your level of automation. So what do you do all day? Sit back in your recliner, smoke a cigar, and watch the numbers keep going up, up, up? LOL Thank you for sharing. I now know what's possible when I learn to use Make.
You caught me - 100% guilty LOL In truth this just buys me time to focus on the highest leverage tasks that will accelerate my growth as quickly as possible. While I don't work on my business anymore, it's opened doors for me to pursue other passions, such as creating videos like these. I'll be releasing videos starting next week on Go High Level, where I actually automate the majority of my business through - so if you like this, I think you might get even more value out of that :)
Hi! Thank you for posting this very helpful content! You've a new subscriber! :). Question, Are you sharing the blueprint to import it in MAKE and play with it or is it something you're not planning on sharing? It would be awesome to play with it and see it working with my own stuff...Thank you again!
Hey there, thanks so much! All the blueprints are shared for free, all you need to do is download the JSON file and import it into Make.com and it's yours :) In the description of this video, I've provided links to a bunch of other videos where I walk through each one of these scenarios, step-by-step, and we build it together. The blue prints will be in those individual videos for you to download. Hope this helps :)

Hey there - great question! There's a lot of tools I covered in the video, of which most are free to get started. Some, like Go High Level and PandaDoc, will cost a bit of money. On the free plans, you'll receive limited features and operations, but it's enough to get you started. However, if you're just a the beginning stages of your journey, I would recommend trying to do these tasks manually for your first few clients. After getting some cash flow, you'll quickly want to leverage these tools because the time savings you'll receive should far outweigh the cost of the subscription Hope this helps :)
Hey Jono, your content is amazing. I have learnt so much from your videos. @@jonocatliff thanks mate, your awesome! I just quickly checked the video, it doesn't have the same workflow as what you've shown in this video. Is it a different video?
Hey, it's a watered down version, but essentially its more of less the same thing. You'd need to map all the values someone purchased, which I go over in this video. The reason why mine is longer is that there's a lot of customization that may or may not be applicable to you. Essentially I'm just checking if an optional item was purchased or not, and if it was, then I count it, if not, then I don't :)
Holy $h!t3 this is incredibly valuable. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. At what point do you hire someone to create the automations for you? And at what point is AI so good it will automate the automation creation? But seriously, as a Wedding DJ, this is especially helpful
Hey there, thanks so much for the kind words! Tough question to answer, because there's so many variables at play. If you're making less than $50K-$100K per month, it's probably better off to do it yourself. The reason it's tough is because yes, you could find someone who knows automation, but in order for this stuff to be highly effective, you need someone who has business acumen as well. For example, you could hire a software engineer to design your website, but just because they can do it, doesn't mean the result will be what you're looking for. I think there's certain positions I would hire first: sales, marketing, management, accounting, editing, project management, etc, because they're all structured roles that can be put into an SOP and passed onto someone else. In a business sense, I think AI automation is powerful, but I don't use it nearly as much as you'd think in my business. I primarily use lifecycle automation, where I send the right message to the right person at the right time, as I mention in the first few minutes of this video: ruclips.net/video/6EmuWKhIxo8/видео.html I think this way of automating your business will be more effective, you can implement it right now, and I don't really see AI every replacing it.
Thank you so much for sharing you. Are a technical artist? Love each and every workflow you presented. How can I go about using your services to set up what I need to do?😊
Hey there! I've actually never heard that term before. But yes, I learned how to design before learning to code/automate. Most of my experience comes from automating my whole business though - everything workflow in this video is an absolute game changer for myself, and our whole team :)

Hey Max! Excellent question and great idea. I don't believe you'll be able to automate sending messages to Facebook groups. However, you can automate conversations with people through your Instagram and Facebook business page or through messenger (caveat being that they must've sent you a message in the last 24 hours I believe). @@jonocatliff Hey there, thanks for responding :-) The post content is image based with the goal of posting to all channels and FB groups in one go. I think Meta changed their rules recently which now prevents an automation like this from working using Make. Using Meta business app only lets you post to 3 groups at a time, which isn't ideal when you maybe belong to many. It wouldn't be for messaging/replying to comments, more just to streamline the posting method. Is there no other way possible?
