I have rows 1-25 with info already filled in with client data but when I pull in a new zap the new data gets added to line 100 or 101 and not under the last row of data I have input. I have a profit and loss Google sheet that I'd love to add a new row with the amount paid (either triggering from a payment made in Dubsado or thru Stripe), but I have the sheet columns marked as each month. Is there a way to make it conditional to know which month the payment is made and into the correct monthly column?
I don't know off the top of my head. It may be possible but would need some trickery with Zapier Formatter. I will add it to my list to experiment with one day

All I need is to reed the data which axiom wrote on sheets , so I can continue my automation to analyze data using paths and trigger another axiom for action. Can you help please? Hello! I integrated my google spreadsheet to my slack to send message whenever i update my spreadsheet. I tested and works but whenever I'm doing it live, it doesn't trigger. How can I solve this?
In Zapier, I'm trying to use the "New or Updated Row" but the Google Sheet I'm using has multiple formulas which is causing issues. I can't apply the formulas to all of the rows because Zapier reads the row as filled even with a filter step that says only continue if Column C = Yes. Do you know of a workaround for this? I've been looking all over the place (Zapier Help Center, forums, sample Zaps, you name it)
I'm not totally following what you mean but if I am reading it right maybe you could use an arrayformula in the first row. That way the calculation fills down to all the rows but the formula is only in the very first row

@@RachelSweeneyMK You can use an ImportRange at the top row so information only gets added to the rows below once new data is added... I would turn my Zap on and off and clean up the spreadsheet to fix the row issue

Hi Jimmy, Is it possible to add a link into the Google Sheet row for each new client that would link directly to a client folder that has been set up using a Zap? (like the folders you created in your video here: ruclips.net/video/BC774ocJIGo/видео.html ) ? This would allow people to have the client submit their details to the google sheet, create the client folders and provide a link from the client row in the sheet directly to the associated client folder. The filter just only runs the scenario in certain situations. Without it, it'll just update every time

You can read from Sheets with the action "lookup spreadsheet row".

Sure is. You just need to create an action for each one

You can use sheets for whatever you want. This is just an example

You might be able to do this with the new looping feature. But I'd probably look at Integromat instead.

Yep definitely. You can update an existing row by adding another action in the Zap
