You could make more templates. Generally if your finding the parsers to be inconsistent then adding a few more templates using the emails that it previously messed up on will help it become more accurate and adaptable

Email Parser by Zapier is a dedicated app that you can add as a trigger, there are no “actions” for it. xray.tools/app/zapier-email-parser You cannot use email parser AND gmail as your trigger. Based on your comment, it sounds like you actually want to setup an auto-forward inside of your gmail account, to send emails into Zapier’s email parser, and it’s subsequent automation. I'm having alot of issue getting parser to collect the correct data (extra/incorrect data from emails), even with multiple (6+) properly formatted templates. Any advice? My zap is updating rows in google sheets with standard formating (date & time) and so I need the data clean. Might there be a way to further clean data pulled with parser?
Check the original template. Sometimes if that one is messed up, all the other templates will not work as expected. What types of emails are you sending? You might want to use something more reliable like MailParser xray.tools/app/zapier-mailparser

Great question, not a great answer... it's complicated. Test data is the problem. You'll need to build this automation with an email that has multiple listings in it. That way, in Email Parser, you can 'map' the multiple listings. That way, if there is only 1 listing, email parser will work, and if there are 2, it will also work. You'll need to build the automation with 'multiple listings' inside of your test-data email. Then the rest of the automation is covered in the video.

What you are saying and what’s happening on the screen are completely two different things. That’s just my honest advice

I have added like 10-15 extra templates and its still parsing incorrect information. Is there another way to help this be more accurate? Do I need to change the Parse Engine?

This caused my zap to happen multiple times and exceeded my limit, the new email matching search kept looking for that same email over and over again
