    I thank you for this, I’ve been suffering for years and no doctor could find the root cause of what is going on with me. They were all telling me it’s just my anxiety, just my depression, or that I just need to loose weight ( but it’s been challenging to do so) but this makes so much more sense. Thank you 😊

    I'm totally hooked, down the rabbit hole. I've just found your channel but signed up to do an Ayurveda diploma a few months ago, I'm now eager to learn more. Thank you. As a vata I've been recovering from reactivated Epstein Barr and adrenal fatigue along with a lot of other symptoms with my skin etc. Totally out of sync. Much love ❤️

    Very interesting. Very helpful. Thank you. I took a long walk today (about 2 hours) and I took my liquid iron and also wore cool comfortable clothing + comfortable shoes + plenty of water & my digest zen essential oil...and I felt sooo much less fatigued, confused, brain fog (vata) feeling. I felt great! I wonder which it was - prob the sun and exercise the most and everything else. The art of feeling good in our bodies.

      Vata mind. Kapha body. Eek. The worst combination, but here we are. I think at your worst, (V+K) you are overweight / depressed and everything is kind of all over the place / overwhelm, but at your (our) best: chef's kiss. 😘

    I feel sever gas in my abdomen.anxiety &depression sever soreness & pain in my head neck&back inside under ribs both side. Feel very burning sensations in allover my body..tingling pinning also seen..does it imbalance of vata&pitta...i sometimes feel palpitation& high bp what is d cause behind it plz say& prescribemedicine

    Western medicine ignores the connection between child hood trauma and adult chronic illness. How is it addressed in what you teach?

      I did hear her say that things from our past that we hold on to, is kapha and if we let those things go, the kapha will balance out, excess weight will go with it too.

    Ok Sahara How does trauma, childhood abuse, of all types, sexual,abuse something women deal with on a daily bases with ways to avoid it, always aware fit in. None of these things are diet or life style. As a child you have zero control over what adults do to you. As a woman you take measures to prevent but live in constant state of alert don’t walk alone to your car, stay out of alleys etc.
