It's been three days of doing Chloe Ting workouts😂 I'm finally doing it Update: After 2 weeks I did in fact have abs (light abs) and I felt very strong... and then I broke the habit and now I'm back to how I was before lol but I definitely recommend doing it
I did intermittent fasting for a while, but I would start trying to just slowly make healthier replacements for junk food, because during fasting I ended up having times where I never even ate at all and then I’d binge and it was bordering on disordered. I support healthy eating but stay careful and stay safe 💖
It's really blah blah blah. You dont burn fat from your abs by just working abs, fat is burnt proportionately. No one get abs in 2 weeks...its bullshit....lol

a lot of ppl r saying that these results aren’t possible in 2 weeks when that’s not true. Every person is different. Personally, I tend to lose weight fast, but the downside is I also gain it fast too. She looks like she loses weight fast, but maybe someone with the same workout challenge had to do this workout in 3 weeks to see results. It’s the person, not the workout.
I was gonna say...cause I’ve been doing these same workouts for four weeks now and I’ve just started to see results. In the beginning, I had about the same belly fat as her and I for sure don’t have abs yet like she does.
I get this and I feel the same but it could be something like body dysmorphia (I hope I spelled that right) and her mind could be telling her otherwise. Or it could be the clothes she's wearing

Day 1: It was obviously not that easy but as i keep going it will become easier :) Day 2: It is becoming easier, but if you are doing this i recommend to change your diet because it isn’t going to change unless you eat healthy! I’m working on eating a healthier diet!! also i’m drinking nothing but water and i’m running a mile everyday for cardio!! Food intolerance! I swear. Mine did this for most of my life and I just accepted it. Then I went vegan and it doesn't happen unless I eat a lot or eat greasy foods. Not saying you have to go vegan but check out your diet :)

I'm 14 years old and I really want to start toning my body and working out more. I would say I'm the average teenager, I just need to watch my diet. Pizza, McDonald's, and Chick Fil' A are not making me feel any better. Today is June 16, Father's Day, and I have exactly 2 months until school starts. My goal is to work out every day starting today, I want to get fit before the upcoming school year. I'm going to try to watch my diet as best as I can and stay away from fattening foods. I think it's mostly down to diet...when I fast, my stomach goes from her before to after...I've been doing chloe tings workouts for 4 days and haven't seen anything... if anything, I get more shakey when I work out for some reason...and my bones click in weird places like my shoulders...does anyone know why???

Hmm is it because you find that unhealthy foods taste better than healthy ones? If so, try cooking up healtier stuff, there's a lot more tastier healthy food especially in the Asian or South American food that you can cook up easily. Also try to just not let in any unhealthy food in your house. And when you eat out, think of how you would not want yourself to be sick when you are older because of what your eating habits built up in your body. Hope this helps!
Start food tracking with an app which will reminds you to enter your meals. I lost more than 5 kilos in 3 months without regular workout sessions. Imagine yourself losing weight way quicker than I did, if you‘ll include workouts to food tracking.
So, I did this workout plan for a week so far, and I got very good results! (It's now been 2 weeks, so I'll give my results below the 1-week results) (PS: I have a generally good belly size, but I did this to tone my abs and make them defined. I also did a bunch of other exercises for my thighs and arms and I followed a simple diet, so the results might be different) Workouts followed: -Chloe Ting's abs workouts in the description -Mr and Mrs Muscle 11 line abs challenge -Holly Dolke's 7-minute thighs workout -Andrea Palen's 5-minute arm workout Diet: -Plain black coffee before the workouts -About an inch of a protein bar before the workouts and an inch after -Little to no added sugar -Less sweets and dessert -Little to no junk foods -Less white carbs, more protein (white carbs as in bread, pasta, white sugar, etc.) -Smaller food portions and healthy snacks -No dinner (I habitually don't eat dinner) -No midnight or before bed snacks -Salad before meals (even if it's a small amount) -A cup of room-temperature water before meals -A cup of green tea after meals Tips: -Wearing fitting clothes when eating -Chewing slowly -Drinking a beverage between bites -Drinking water before bed -Stretching daily for at least 3 minutes -Less sitting, more standing/walking -Sleeping early and waking up early -No naps (sorry) -Busy throughout the day (reading, painting, doing chores, taking a stroll, etc.) IMPORTANT: Surprise your body once a week with something to break the routine, like some dessert or so. 1-week results: -My abs, thights, and arms are toned -I lost a considerable amount of belly fat -I'm on the way to defined abs -I feel much more energised -I have something to look forwards to -I'm slowly feeling more confident about my body -I don't feel as hungry or starved as I used to -My sugar intake decreased -Junk food isn't as appealing as it used to be 2-week results: -My abs are very well toned and defined, exactly how I wanted them -My thighs and arms changed slowly but surely, and they're toned just as I wanted them -I no longer like added sugar or sweet foods -Not as hungry as I used to be -Little to no cravings -I feel healthy and really satisfied about myself. UPDATE: It's been almost a month since I started. After I reached my goal, I did the workouts 3-5 times a week, depending on how much free time I have. Reaching your goal is easier than maintaining it, so make sure to not stop the workouts or simple diet after you get the wanted results. I hope everyone reaches their goal just as I reached mine! I will contiue doing these workouts and I hope I don't start slacking when school comes around. And remember: Don't do this to please others, do it for yourself. Do it for your own satisfaction. Do it for your health. You're beautiful the way you are, and nothing can ever change that.
@@Vprincess4055 I usually do them 3-5 hours after lunch. I start with the ab workouts, move on to the thighs workouts, and then end the exercise with the arms workouts. I just take a few minutes to stretch afterwards and then I eat a part of my protein bar.

I’m also doing this and I’m seeing results and I’ll be on resting day 5 today (currently 12am rn lol). It definitely DOES get easier after the first two days, just gotta fight through the burn and sweat, that’s how you know it’s working. The soreness is PROOF that it’s working. So for anyone else who’s interested in doing this, *DO IT AND STOP PROCRASTINATING* !!! I’ve been saying I was gonna start working out for the last year and a half and I FINALLY did and I wanna keep going. Idk where my sudden burst of motivation came from but I’m happy I got it lol. Chloe Ting also has a workout schedule on her website, just look up her channel !!
Soreness is not proof that a workout it's working. It's your body saying "hey this is new, what are we doing here?" and adjusting to movements it doesn't normally do.
The reasons she was able to get back to where she used to be: #1 She used to exercise before #2 She has high muscle mass #3 She has the genetical pool to help her with these changes #4 Most of what she lost was water weight and strengthening the muscle tissues that she had When you workout you are merely telling your body how to change. If you are not eating correctly, you won't progress.
@@sujinnie468 Look into intermittent fasting and don't eat at least 2 hours before sleep. When you "workout", make sure you are doing 3 days of Weight Training and two of HiiT training. We invest 60 hours a week into our jobs, but we can barely invest 5 hours into our body.
@@sujinnie468 honestly look at your macros lol. And make sure you have a calorie deficit. Most people eat a lot and don't make up for enough with their exercise. Also work out in the morning before food as you'll burn off extra fat since you're running off reserves insidead of what you just ate. We're meant to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and will be healthy doing so we don't need to wait 16 hours to eat.
I’m glad you are actually showing how your stomach looks. Everyone who doesn’t work out will have a rounded belly even if you are skinny. I see so many youtubers who are slightly bigger than you try this challenge and they suck in their stomach. You can tell they do that because no one has a flat stomach if you don’t work out
Marie Molina That's not necessarily true, you can have a flat stomach without exercise, a lot of people do because their fat naturally doesn't really go there. Plus, if you're malnourished, there's a chance you have a flat stomach without working out.
trust me, I’m skinny and when I’m waking around my stomach will appear flat because it automatically contracts. But when I let my stomach relax completely it’s still rounded. That’s how everyone naturally is without working out unless you’re underweight
I wouldn’t say that’s necessarily true. I definitely had a flat stomach when I was a teenager and the only “exercise” I did was walking to and from the bus stop to get to school. In fact I had a visible six pack...literally great abs. I still have it, even though I have a lovely layer of fat covering it you can still see it’s under there even though I’m squishy now😂 but yeah, everyone at school thought I secretly worked out after school but I honestly didn’t at all. I couldn’t even do a sit up but somehow...abs.🤷🏾♀️ Runs in the family! For some people having a flat stomach is just genetic or they have a fast metabolism. ((Obviously even back then by the end of the day the flat stomach was gone bc of bloating))
TheLivvyD you were probably underweight? Not saying you were unhealthy or anything but you were probably not in the average range. I’m mainly taking about average range of weights
So today is the 14th January and I did these workouts 14 days.💪I wrote everyday something down so here are my results: Jan 1: Felt pain in my muscles especially bonny hop and groiner were hard. Jan 2: got better, muscles sore from yesterday. Jan 3: breaks shorter, no sore muscles. Jan 4: same Jan 5: same Jan 6: same Jan 7: felt better at working out, sometimes could actually do the full 40 sec without break. Jan 8: no changes Jan 9: plank with dips, bonny hop, groiner still hard. Jan 10: I am able to see a bit of my abs yikesss. Jan 11: Felt my abs are more visible, workouts not hard. Jan 12: same Jan 13: same Jan 14: Results: I lost fat on my lower stomach, upper abs showing, I lost 1 Kilo (idk how much it is in pounds) and my skin got a little bit better.😱 IMPORTANT: I did ALL 3 of them everyday. I QUIET sugar in this two weeks and drank a glass of water before and after every meal. Without diet you wouldn't see any results😊
@Kay L I keeping up with my food. I try to not eat sugar and try not to eat pasta, bread, rice and sugar. So yeah I do low carb. It's the only way lose weight for me and it works. (You can watch coach Cecil about low carb but he is german) I don't do these exercises anymore because there are getting boring after two weeks and are no challenge for my body anymore. So I look for new exercises.
@Kay L My family is eating bread in the morning and in the evening. For Lunch is also often something like noodles, pizza, rice... It's so hard 😂 I have to go with them in the supermarket to buy my stuff. Otherwise I couldn't do that.

Sometimes omelet,fried egg.. and lots of vegetables because they are low carb. I also eat bread but low carb. You can buy it, but I baked it by myself. You can almost eat everything you eat before (also pizza) but low carb. I also eat fruits but not that much because they have a lot of sugar in it. I didn't eat sweets, candy or cake. But when there is a birthday party next month I want to make a raw cake without sugar😋

Personally, I tend to lose weight fast, but the downside is I also gain it fast too. She looks like she loses weight fast, but maybe someone with the same workout challenge had to do this workout in 3 weeks to see results. It’s the person, not the workout.

Day 1: It was obviously not that easy but as i keep going it will become easier :)
Day 2: It is becoming easier, but if you are doing this i recommend to change your diet because it isn’t going to change unless you eat healthy! Good luck to those who are!!

Food intolerance! I swear. Mine did this for most of my life and I just accepted it. Then I went vegan and it doesn't happen unless I eat a lot or eat greasy foods. Not saying you have to go vegan but check out your diet :)

Hmm is it because you find that unhealthy foods taste better than healthy ones? If so, try cooking up healtier stuff, there's a lot more tastier healthy food especially in the Asian or South American food that you can cook up easily. Also try to just not let in any unhealthy food in your house. And when you eat out, think of how you would not want yourself to be sick when you are older because of what your eating habits built up in your body. Hope this helps!

So, I did this workout plan for a week so far, and I got very good results!
(It's now been 2 weeks, so I'll give my results below the 1-week results)
(PS: I have a generally good belly size, but I did this to tone my abs and make them defined. I also did a bunch of other exercises for my thighs and arms and I followed a simple diet, so the results might be different)
Workouts followed:
-Chloe Ting's abs workouts in the description
-Mr and Mrs Muscle 11 line abs challenge
-Holly Dolke's 7-minute thighs workout
-Andrea Palen's 5-minute arm workout
Diet:
-Plain black coffee before the workouts
-About an inch of a protein bar before the workouts and an inch after
-Little to no added sugar
-Less sweets and dessert
-Little to no junk foods
-Less white carbs, more protein (white carbs as in bread, pasta, white sugar, etc.)
-Smaller food portions and healthy snacks
-No dinner (I habitually don't eat dinner)
-No midnight or before bed snacks
-Salad before meals (even if it's a small amount)
-A cup of room-temperature water before meals
-A cup of green tea after meals
Tips:
-Wearing fitting clothes when eating
-Chewing slowly
-Drinking a beverage between bites
-Drinking water before bed
-Stretching daily for at least 3 minutes
-Less sitting, more standing/walking
-Sleeping early and waking up early
-No naps (sorry)
-Busy throughout the day (reading, painting, doing chores, taking a stroll, etc.)
IMPORTANT:
Surprise your body once a week with something to break the routine, like some dessert or so.
1-week results:
-My abs, thights, and arms are toned
-I lost a considerable amount of belly fat
-I'm on the way to defined abs
-I feel much more energised
-I have something to look forwards to
-I'm slowly feeling more confident about my body
-I don't feel as hungry or starved as I used to
-My sugar intake decreased
-Junk food isn't as appealing as it used to be
2-week results:
-My abs are very well toned and defined, exactly how I wanted them
-My thighs and arms changed slowly but surely, and they're toned just as I wanted them
-I no longer like added sugar or sweet foods
-Not as hungry as I used to be
-Little to no cravings
-I feel healthy and really satisfied about myself.
UPDATE:
It's been almost a month since I started. After I reached my goal, I did the workouts 3-5 times a week, depending on how much free time I have. Reaching your goal is easier than maintaining it, so make sure to not stop the workouts or simple diet after you get the wanted results.
I hope everyone reaches their goal just as I reached mine! I will contiue doing these workouts and I hope I don't start slacking when school comes around. And remember:
Don't do this to please others, do it for yourself. Do it for your own satisfaction. Do it for your health. You're beautiful the way you are, and nothing can ever change that.
When did you do this workouts like in a row or when you wake up and before you go to bed?
@@Vprincess4055 I usually do them 3-5 hours after lunch. I start with the ab workouts, move on to the thighs workouts, and then end the exercise with the arms workouts. I just take a few minutes to stretch afterwards and then I eat a part of my protein bar.

I’m also doing this and I’m seeing results and I’ll be on resting day 5 today (currently 12am rn lol). It definitely DOES get easier after the first two days, just gotta fight through the burn and sweat, that’s how you know it’s working. The soreness is PROOF that it’s working. So for anyone else who’s interested in doing this, *DO IT AND STOP PROCRASTINATING* !!! I’ve been saying I was gonna start working out for the last year and a half and I FINALLY did and I wanna keep going. Idk where my sudden burst of motivation came from but I’m happy I got it lol. Chloe Ting also has a workout schedule on her website, just look up her channel !!

Soreness is not proof that a workout it's working. It's your body saying "hey this is new, what are we doing here?" and adjusting to movements it doesn't normally do.
Do you do the three workout routines she linked every day, or do you only do one or two a day and circulate?
What did you eat during working out ?
The reasons she was able to get back to where she used to be:
#1 She used to exercise before
#2 She has high muscle mass
#3 She has the genetical pool to help her with these changes
#4 Most of what she lost was water weight and strengthening the muscle tissues that she had
When you workout you are merely telling your body how to change. If you are not eating correctly, you won't progress.
And how should I eat correctly? I workout and nothing happend maybe I was even fatter
@@sujinnie468 Look into intermittent fasting and don't eat at least 2 hours before sleep.
When you "workout", make sure you are doing 3 days of Weight Training and two of HiiT training.
We invest 60 hours a week into our jobs, but we can barely invest 5 hours into our body.
@@sujinnie468 honestly look at your macros lol. And make sure you have a calorie deficit. Most people eat a lot and don't make up for enough with their exercise. Also work out in the morning before food as you'll burn off extra fat since you're running off reserves insidead of what you just ate. We're meant to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and will be healthy doing so we don't need to wait 16 hours to eat.

I’m glad you are actually showing how your stomach looks. Everyone who doesn’t work out will have a rounded belly even if you are skinny. I see so many youtubers who are slightly bigger than you try this challenge and they suck in their stomach. You can tell they do that because no one has a flat stomach if you don’t work out
Marie Molina That's not necessarily true, you can have a flat stomach without exercise, a lot of people do because their fat naturally doesn't really go there. Plus, if you're malnourished, there's a chance you have a flat stomach without working out.
trust me, I’m skinny and when I’m waking around my stomach will appear flat because it automatically contracts. But when I let my stomach relax completely it’s still rounded. That’s how everyone naturally is without working out unless you’re underweight
I wouldn’t say that’s necessarily true. I definitely had a flat stomach when I was a teenager and the only “exercise” I did was walking to and from the bus stop to get to school. In fact I had a visible six pack...literally great abs. I still have it, even though I have a lovely layer of fat covering it you can still see it’s under there even though I’m squishy now😂 but yeah, everyone at school thought I secretly worked out after school but I honestly didn’t at all. I couldn’t even do a sit up but somehow...abs.🤷🏾♀️ Runs in the family! For some people having a flat stomach is just genetic or they have a fast metabolism.
((Obviously even back then by the end of the day the flat stomach was gone bc of bloating))

TheLivvyD you were probably underweight? Not saying you were unhealthy or anything but you were probably not in the average range. I’m mainly taking about average range of weights
For every like I get I will do
- 3 squats
- 3 sit ups
- 3 pushups
- 10 calf raises
Edit: yes I did do it, over 81 times.

So today is the 14th January and I did these workouts 14 days.💪I wrote everyday something down so here are my results:
Jan 1: Felt pain in my muscles especially bonny hop and groiner were hard.
Jan 2: got better, muscles sore from yesterday.
Jan 3: breaks shorter, no sore muscles.
Jan 4: same
Jan 5: same
Jan 6: same
Jan 7: felt better at working out, sometimes could actually do the full 40 sec without break.
Jan 8: no changes
Jan 9: plank with dips, bonny hop, groiner still hard.
Jan 10: I am able to see a bit of my abs yikesss.
Jan 11: Felt my abs are more visible, workouts not hard.
Jan 12: same
Jan 13: same
Jan 14: Results: I lost fat on my lower stomach, upper abs showing, I lost 1 Kilo (idk how much it is in pounds) and my skin got a little bit better.😱
IMPORTANT: I did ALL 3 of them everyday. I QUIET sugar in this two weeks and drank a glass of water before and after every meal. Without diet you wouldn't see any results😊

@Kay L I keeping up with my food. I try to not eat sugar and try not to eat pasta, bread, rice and sugar. So yeah I do low carb. It's the only way lose weight for me and it works. (You can watch coach Cecil about low carb but he is german) I don't do these exercises anymore because there are getting boring after two weeks and are no challenge for my body anymore. So I look for new exercises.
@Kay L My family is eating bread in the morning and in the evening. For Lunch is also often something like noodles, pizza,
rice... It's so hard 😂 I have to go with them in the supermarket to buy my stuff. Otherwise I couldn't do that.

@@nariahriddick288 In the morning i often eat natural yoghurt with blueberry or other kind of fruits. For Lunch often eggs. Sometimes omelet,fried egg.. and lots of vegetables because they are low carb. I also eat bread but low carb. You can buy it, but I baked it by myself. You can almost eat everything you eat before (also pizza) but low carb.
I also eat fruits but not that much because they have a lot of sugar in it. I didn't eat sweets, candy or cake. But when there is a birthday party next month I want to make a raw cake without sugar😋
