I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and I still can't comprehend how this guy manage to play such technical tunes and sing at the same time, this band's really talented!
Every night when I go to sleep, I kneel down by my bed and pray that you guys do another session with TMP so they can play a bunch of songs from Celebrate. Please make this happen
I met them and they're really nice guys, like nice as in they're so humble, but I can't think to ask how Dylan can play the songs he plays and sing at the same time.
Focus on the rhythm. When you getting picking patterns/strumming or whatever you're doing down rhythmically you can either practice that rhythm the way it lines up with your vocal rhythm, or what most people do is just practice the guitar stuff enough that it's muscle memory and they can just play it without thinking.
These guys are so amazing in concert. Nicest bunch of dudes ever, these boys are from fucking heaven. 9:30 the creativity of this riff is just absolutely insane.
@@skiptomyloop Never heard it called a stock harmonic... Always heard that part of the guitar called the taint (although that's admittedly not the best name).
As to me, it's the band on its peak form. They are still pretty awesome even 4 years later, but this is the band I fell in love with (and can't stop loving). Just listening to this makes me happy.
Gotta love when artists feel this comfortable with their instrument of choice. All three of these guys are masters at their craft.. I kinda wish this session had three cameras
Thanks to Rig Rundown on Premier Guitar I discover this fabulous band, love this high dose of energy and musicality. It's now evident that Blink 182 was the influence of the Singer/guitar player
Yeah man. But the sound sounds nice ... I know some post-Dance Gavin Dance in Brazil are few bands that do this, but has called Jennifer Lo-fi. ps: forgive this my terrible English
Sundresses decorate the cabin You look so beautiful tonight Everyone is so beautiful tonight Sundresses decorate the cabin You look so beautiful tonight Everyone is so beautiful tonight Grab my hand, let's dance Like we used to in high school These are the golden years Let's spend them holding beers One hand on the can One hand in your hand That's my idea of romance I love you, at least I used to I love you, at least I used to Don't be nervous my love Just follow your heart strings I hope they tug to the rhythm of the beat Like mine do to me Sundresses they decorate The living room like a neon stage At the happiest place in the world Until the lights turn off and I wake up I'll row my boat a million miles west Just to brave this rapid current and meet you up ahead Separation is a test that I have questioned on behalf Of what risks are worth taking and what mistakes I can subtract From this equation I can't pretend I'm too god damn desperate Just promise me Tomorrow we won't regret this The irony of dehydrating along the sea I miss you That will never change I miss you
Digital Delay pedal with infinite repeats and fast speed. Specifically digital because analog delay necessarily decays with each repeat and would rapidly descend into pure noise after so many quick repeats.
First time hearing them. I really like it. Reminds me of a more manic Cursive or a more melodic Bear Vs Shark. Or a more comprehensible At the Drive-in. Or a less religious mewithoutYou. And those are some of my favorite bands, so nice work Tiny Moving Parts!
Mason Munari haha fuck yea dude. Keep on driving with a smile brother, next time you'll be driving with a lady in the passenger seat, holding hands, listening to this... That house will just be wood of the past memories...
I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and I still can't comprehend how this guy manage to play such technical tunes and sing at the same time, this band's really talented!
Absolutely ridiculous. I've been playing for same time and I am blown away by it
same, his guitar skills alone would be mind blowing but the fact that he doesn't miss a note while having perfect vocals is just...wow
Not only that, but live he NEVER. STOPS. MOVING!
I by no means can play and sing like this. However he has broken down each note to certain syllables and annunciations. It’s absolutely incredible.
Brian G. Miller they don’t call themselves Tiny Moving Parts for no reason, dude
Every night when I go to sleep, I kneel down by my bed and pray that you guys do another session with TMP so they can play a bunch of songs from Celebrate. Please make this happen
Agreed. Celebrate is so brilliant
YES
bleh i really disliked celebrate. it is their most straight forward, formulaic pop punk album.
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN OMG
implying all of their previous work hasn't been formulaic algernon cadwallader math rock/midwest emo blend
9:30 is Guitar Goals. Goddamn.
I make sure to watch this at least one every month for motivation!
Hope you're doing well
Ahahah I do the same here
Papa math is here :0

They sound just like their recordings I love this band
I think they sound even better
Listening to this while driving past my exgf's house has to be one of those experiences that makes me sad and happy at the same time
I met them and they're really nice guys, like nice as in they're so humble, but I can't think to ask how Dylan can play the songs he plays and sing at the same time.
alex dyer dude chill
They're the most genuinely nice people in any band in this scene.
Eye of KithOolub
Easy, just write the same riffs, and only sing with no dynamic at all. Learn one know them all.
Do you know what guitar style this is? (the eclectic sounding tapping) i want to try some.
I love Ed, Edd, and Eddy
I hear more Ed, Edd, Eddy from mom jeans
Lmfao
These guys are so amazing in concert. Nicest bunch of dudes ever, these boys are from fucking heaven.
9:30 the creativity of this riff is just absolutely insane.
Hell ya dude.. When i saw this happen i sent it to my friends.... Things like this are special and need to be shared to the appropriate crowd
I hated that soy pop punk voice until I saw these guys open for real friends
My eyes went crossed every time he hit the stock harmonic >_>
@@skiptomyloop Never heard it called a stock harmonic... Always heard that part of the guitar called the taint (although that's admittedly not the best name).
That was probably the most beautiful riff I’ve ever heard in my life, music like this is top tier
all three of them are SO TALENTED it's insane
I just found y’all on Spotify and I cant hardly listen to anything else right now thank you
The solo part at 9:30 always get's me. I just about cried when I saw them play that live
Alex Verrette same here man. Was amzing seeing them do this one
Alex Verrette I could totally see that. I definitely cried when I saw EITS

One of the best bands I've seen live. Also, genuinely one of the most underrated drummers out there - guys insane!
As to me, it's the band on its peak form. They are still pretty awesome even 4 years later, but this is the band I fell in love with (and can't stop loving). Just listening to this makes me happy.
I'm Gonna start a new band called Huge Stable Objects..
Jacob Abbott static would be better
Or stationary
making the opposite of emo math rock, happy literature pop
@@isodyll so kinda 90s cure (wish era)
gabriel saboya yeah I guess so!
Been really into these guys lately. Musicianship is top notch. Too good.

big facts

Every time I drink I always watch this. I watched them live in Manila and it was a great experience, awesome performance.
Your heart is a muscle, the size of your fist. Keep on lovin', keep on fightin' and hoold on, and hold on
Ive seen TMP live twice now. They're one of the most fun and energetic bands to be around.
dylan is such an underrated guitarist
I honestly think that this is the best Audiotree performance to this day, they need to get TMP back on.
Gotta love when artists feel this comfortable with their instrument of choice. All three of these guys are masters at their craft.. I kinda wish this session had three cameras

Basist is the most chill musician in this group
But his parts (that are tiny and moving) is still great😊
For me, it is one of the best live on your channel. With that of Mom Jeans and TTNG! The top 3!
These guys are so incredibly fking talented!
This was awesome. Thanks for putting it on for us.
Props to this interviewer with audiotree, asking a lot of interesting and entertaining/funny questions. INCREDIBLE performance from TMP as well
William Callender The interviewer is awesome. I would usually skip the interview part but he’s a cool dude so I watch.

ohhh shittt tapping 3:35 and vocal... oh shit. amazing band
There are a lot of bands that do this, in open tunings it's really not anything.
Yeah man. But the sound sounds nice ... I know some post-Dance Gavin Dance in Brazil are few bands that do this, but has called Jennifer Lo-fi.
ps: forgive this my terrible English
It's all good

Sundresses decorate the cabin

Sundresses decorate the cabin
You look so beautiful tonight
Everyone is so beautiful tonight
Grab my hand, let's dance
Like we used to in high school
These are the golden years
Let's spend them holding beers
One hand on the can
One hand in your hand
That's my idea of romance
I love you, at least I used to
I love you, at least I used to
Don't be nervous my love
Just follow your heart strings
I hope they tug to the rhythm of the beat
Like mine do to me
Sundresses they decorate
The living room like a neon stage
At the happiest place in the world
Until the lights turn off and I wake up
I'll row my boat a million miles west
Just to brave this rapid current and meet you up ahead
Separation is a test that I have questioned on behalf
Of what risks are worth taking and what mistakes I can subtract
From this equation
I can't pretend
I'm too god damn desperate
Just promise me
Tomorrow we won't regret this
The irony of dehydrating along the sea
I miss you
That will never change
I miss you
Just got the 1,000th like! Love you guys!
1:25 the sad look of a bassist. That smile
Love It.
Playing for the 9th time in two days.
2:40 how’d he do that?!
Digital Delay pedal with infinite repeats and fast speed. Specifically digital because analog delay necessarily decays with each repeat and would rapidly descend into pure noise after so many quick repeats.
They do have passion
“I’ve always had the darkest clouds above my head”
They did this on my birthday :o
Taco Johns made its way to Idaho boys! Feel free to hit up a tour over this way!
