- QS Tuning recently fitted an AEM water meth kit to my M140i, which dyno'd at 495bhp! This is therefore my first drive, and it's officially RAPID!

The loudest intake you can get for a b58 is an agency power one, they sound awesome! Get some b8 dampers mate I’ve got them on my 140 with the same motech setup as you and it makes a massive difference (subframe bush inserts and v brace aswel) 👍🏻
no cts turbo
Coilovers + M4 LCAs massively improve the handling. PowerFlex inserts are another cheap and worthwhile upgrade!
Handling mods are next!

With a carbon induction kit thats proper large diameter youll go over 500 bhp. Plus if you get a bit larger diameter straight exhaust thats also gonna help

Im wondering, could your motech filter be generating heat soak and sapping power or not? Would a closed intake or panel filter be better? Whats your mpg like now? I'd like to do all this but already 20-22 urban and struggle over 30 on long runs with only xhp!

Don’t remember if you’ve got an intake or not but you should get the MST Intake, got it on my M240i and love the noises it produces 😍

Hey mate great vid. What would this be like compared to an M2 comp in standard form. Not on a track but on everyday roads is there a big difference in the 0-100 and 100-200 times between etc

Nice, except for the obnoxious exhaust sound and the burble. It lowers the quality of the result. A better, lower exhaust note, but more power (bigger turbo) would be my choice.

I was wondering about buying a new daily driver, i was considerino to buy a used Bmw 140i because it's rear wheel drive, but do you think any competitors might be better daily but still as fun as a bmw 140i? Also I'm from Italy and I was wondering about getting some drifts in Monza, will it kill me or are there any other main things I would need to replace to have small drifts but still daily drive it?

I think its underrated because it was not marketed properly by BMW. I wouldnt even say that its a Golf R competitor, because even stock the difference in torque is immense. Its an RS3/A45 competitor but looks too weak on paper to be recognized as such.

Should of just left it without water meth especially for what gains you’ve achieved from it at how much these kits cost! You’ll soon realise how fast you go through water meth to! Should of just put e30 in the tank for them special days and you’d of prob made the 500bhp, you need to get some dragy times to

Other than taking off the wrap, I’m sure he could easily sell the car as it is. Besides, there’s loads of car competition companies who’d be willing to take it off his hands if he wanted rid of it 👍🏽

@@craig1996 So it bothers you then......😂, ive had a fiesta st and ive now got an m140i, the fiesta was very agile down a b road, but the bmw is something else, the sound of it, the power, the rear wheel drive fun, b roads are overrated every single one ive been on is covered in mud/narrow so cant overtake/rough tarmac, b roads aint what they are cracked up to be, and the beemer is quite agile anyway, not to the extent of the fiesta but i dare say it would keep up and fly past on the straights.
