Well I made this yesterday and was pleased with the results had a large mug of golden milk before bed last night a much better mix than another recipe I'd already tried much better mixed so much more with no residue in the bottom of my mug and I'll be having another mug every night and best of all it's mixed in the jars ready in the fridge

@@CesarinaSoriano I found this on Google: "When using fresh turmeric in place of turmeric powder, you will want to use three times as much of it. If the recipe calls for a tablespoon of turmeric powder, use three tablespoons of fresh in its place. Similarly, you will want to use a third of the amount if you are replacing fresh turmeric with turmeric powder."

For a cup of milk use half a tea spoon of paste just once a day, on afternoons 1 or 2 hours before dinner.

What if it turmeric stick not powder how will you make that
