Good volume food - i suspect the calories in it are really low though as most of this is veg.
I love your physique. If I personally would like to know your calorie intake is because I'd like to see if you have to eat a big number or a small one for a person your weight and height and activity. All macro calculators I use, tell different numbers I'm on 1600 at the mo trying to cut.
Margarita Olivo the amount of food someone is able to eat is dependent on metabolism and muscle mass.

It's a good question, and I'd like to hear Hanna's answer too. I have a smaller frame than Hanna but quite a bit of muscle and for me, I found out that the best way to cut was changing macros without big caloric restriction. I always stay around 1800 calories and I'm 5'4" and 115lbs or so. Believe it or not, I added intermittent fasting and eating more fats like olive oil and avocado. I still eat orange and white potatoes but I cut out other carbs like rice, and for "toast" I only eat 100% corn tortilla. Good luck xo
All of the food we have here is between 1100 - 1300cal... Definatley low carbs, maybe 50-60g, fats also 50-60g and rest is of protein. That's what I think but it can always be plus or minus 20grams of some macronutrient 😅🌺Don't stay hungry but also don't make your belly full, make it full but only with green veggies 😂

You look great! I noticed how you cook your eggs. If you like them like that, great, but try turning the heat down. The eggs will take a little longer to cook but they will have the texture and taste like a professional chef makes eggs. If the veggies need more cooking throw them in first and then throw the eggs in after. Just a tip :) I used to cook my eggs super fast like that and when I switched how I cooked them they tasted waaaay better and were waaay more enjoyable

Ok hear me out...I don’t understand the whole phenomenon with “don’t copy my macros” and keeping macros a secret. You reveal your EXACT workout...it’s ok to copy that but not your nutrition? Also, anyone with half a brain will know that your body and theirs is not the same and may have different requirements. Now, if you paid a coach for your nutrition plan and don’t want to give away what you paid for- THAT I understand. I just can’t get with the “my macros are a secret and I’m doing it for your protection “ mentality. Thanks for listening and considering a perspective that might be different than your own!
I think it’s because macros are way more individual than workouts.
Ive no idea about Hanna, but other fitness people on youtube often dont reveal their macros because they are very low - and would reveal the extremes they go to in order to achieve their look. They dont want people to know that. There are a couple of accounts like that.
The reason behandla this is because Marcos/ calories vary from person to person, sonsons who sits with a computer all day and works out 3 times a week is going to need a different intake than someone who has an active job + works out 5 times/week :) Also, macros Will be different if you have a different goal than the other person.
A workout is not as individual, sure, someone can have an injury which presents them from doing certain movements, but for the most part everyone will have similar results with one exercise since it is targeted on a certain area/muscle group!

Because your macros should depend on so many factors such as height, weight, age, body composition, activity levels, workout frequency and intensity, your metabolic rate, and your goals. Workouts don’t need to take in many factors.

I know people throw this shit around like it´s their day job, but let me tell you - your physique is pure goals. So much inspiration! I´ve gone through some rough patches last year cause of a shoulder injury, and only recently got "back on track". Watching this video gives me such motivation, so much inspiration! I want to purchase a workout guide, but I don't know which one will suit me best? I want to build muscle, huge muscles, but I still have some fat to get rid of. I'm female, 53 and consider myself an intermediate lifter, but I have limits due to back injury (for instance, I cannot do anything that puts weight directly on my spine, and no deadlifts). Any suggestions?

I think the reason Hanna and many other fitness industry influencers and guidances dont share their personal macros/micros and kcals is in order to not motivate us to follow their diet 100% i shall say.
For example, if i would eat the same portions than her and certain ingredients non-adjustable to my personal cutting / target ketogenic diet, i would immediately increase my weight and not the contrary.
I spend around 3000/3500kcals daily but not in a fat burning or cardio zone as Hanna, and so i naturally can't have the same diet coz our kcals are different, our body metabolic rate is different, our sleeping times are different and body types are also possibly different.
People, i recommend you researching more about your own body types and trying to understand what makes you happy and what your body is receptive to.
I thought i was intolerant to many things until i realised what was going on with my body and is just small details :)
However, it is great to watch to get some new ideas and so on*

Hanna! you are looking awesome! I have some doubts about the losing fat process, (anyone can give me some advice). Well here I am losing fat, cause I want to be more toned and maybe my muscles could show up!, till when I'm supposed to be on this? because I'm losing weight too and I'm gonna be 50kg and I know when I'm less than that my boobs and butt start to take a vacation, and then my legs. I'm getting enough of all my macronutrients (I think so) and I'm lifting hard, I do cardio 1 per week, but I still have this little problem with 0 muscles, like they are not growing? Is this for the bulking? I'm confused because I'm thin, but I can not bulk yet, still have high % of fat for my goals, but I'm gonna lose more weight while losing fat. What's the tip for not becoming an unhealthy look while losing fat? Can I get bigger muscles while losing fat? haha :D. THANKS FOR WHOEVER ANSWERS TO ME.
