I was so obsessed with numbers over nutrition!! I started crazing salmon but could never fit it in my numbers and that's when I realized how crazy I was!!! Really I can't have salmon?! Now I eat salmon 3-4 times a week!! Yum!! I love that you eat well and train hard!!! And that all your videos are informative!! I was literally obsessed with tracking everything I ate and it's was such a chore. Food is meant to be enjoyed and you don't have to be disorders obsessive. I feel amazing and love eating what and when I went and I've achieved more this last month mentally and physically xx

This is such a great message! It's been the latest trend to vilify carbs as the reason people are not losing weight. Especially here in the States. So many women have become afraid of carbs and avoid it like the plague. This video helps re-encourage a balanced macro lifestyle and still look amazing and fit like you! Finally, I enjoyed this. People have become so obsessed with what they eat it's becoming like an OCD. I also eat intuitive and I found over the past two years my body looks so much better and I feel so much better too. It is mind over matter when making your goal body in the gym. I don't understand. If you're not looking at what you eat, how can that be healthy? You could end up eating way too many carbs and gain unnecessary weight. Or even too much fat to carbs and get into keto, just bcuz you didn't feel like tracking
I'm so happy, I watched what you eat because I realised my diet my nutritionist gave me is becoming really hard to keep up with expense wise. Wow.. i was just about to go to bed but then decided to watch this. I have lost 27 lbs so far this summer and it's been such a journey that I cannot fit in this comment. I have been counting calories and weighing food this entire 2+ months, and yes it's been working... but today especially, I just realized I'm kind of tired of it. I hate always trying to type everything in. But I'm nervous not to calculate because it really helps me stay confident and reassured in my weight loss. But hearing you say "I deserve good food" just made me feel something. I think I'm gonna take the week break from counting calories like you recommended, even though it makes me a little worried.

I swear I just learned so so much from you in just a few videos, I didn't know what to eat to lose some weight, and what food is good, I was confused about pasta, potatos atc, and you just told me that potatos are good 😁 I'm so happy about it, I don't eat clean yet, but I wanted to try it for so long and didn't have a chance because I live in Croatia, where most of healthy food is expensive, but I will try it for the next week and I can't wait, I already ordered my vegetables, I ordered alot of vegetables, fruit and some other stuff, and of course good carbs, so thank you so much, you are amazing, and you explain so perfectly, I can't wait to see if clean eating will help me to get even a bit leaner 😁

Väldigt inspirerande med såna här videos. Räknade med kalorier förut, men insåg att det bara tog tid jag egentligen inte hade och det gav mig inget egentligen. Äter istället mer medvetet och med måtta istället numera, det funkar mycket bättre. Blev till och med sugen på att göra havregrynsgröt nu på morgonen när jag såg den här videon haha, synd att jag ej hinner det i veckorna bara :-) Keep up the good work!!

Questioooons! Why do you do your cardio at the same day with your legs? Seems to me that I wouldn't be able to do that 😅. Do you use some sort of oil when you roast your potatoes? I swear I just learned so so much from you in just a few videos, I didn't know what to eat to lose some weight, and what food is good, I was confused about pasta, potatos atc, and you just told me that potatos are good 😁 I'm so happy about it, I don't eat clean yet, but I wanted to try it for so long and didn't have a chance because I live in Croatia, where most of healthy food is expensive, but I will try it for the next week and I can't wait, I already ordered my vegetables, I ordered alot of vegetables, fruit and some other stuff, and of course good carbs, so thank you so much, you are amazing, and you explain so perfectly, I can't wait to see if clean eating will help me to get even a bit leaner 😁

Väldigt inspirerande med såna här videos. Räknade med kalorier förut, men insåg att det bara tog tid jag egentligen inte hade och det gav mig inget egentligen. Äter istället mer medvetet och med måtta istället numera, det funkar mycket bättre.
Blev till och med sugen på att göra havregrynsgröt nu på morgonen när jag såg den här videon haha, synd att jag ej hinner det i veckorna bara :-)
