This has been so hard for me to deal with, it just messes with my body image so much! It's helpful to know I'm not the only one :/ with bloat baby issues

I hate going to the gym feeling bloated it messes with my training so much so this week (from Sunday) I've switched up my routine so finish work at 3 come home (I fast all day till 3) I have a protein shake and get to the gym by 4pm instead of eating then going gym at 6pm I feel so much better my training is better I have more energy and I'm enjoying my evening meal more because I'm actually getting home by about 6pm cooking myself a proper meal instead of getting home around 8-9pm and being lazy so I'm eating whatever was quick (was usually cheese and crackers or peanut butter on toast) so I wasn't eating properly, so my evening meal is healthy and filling and because I'm so hungry by then I'm appreciating my food more and no bloat since Sunday but I have been eating cleaner too, plus I've always drank at least 3litres of water a day so it was my eating time and habits that made me bloated I'm hoping my lower belly fat goes away again too ,🤔😊

I love watching her!! I’ve watched so many of these videos from other people and never understand what they are talking about. When they use words like counting macros?? What the heck is a macro?!? She makes things so much easier to understand and makes me feel like I’m not an idiot because I don’t know what other health trainers are talking about!!
Having that dairy sensitivity truly snuck up on me, it's so comforting to know others can relate. I had gall bladder removal surgery like 6 years ago and my life completely changed in very challenging ways. 6 years later I found out I couldn't even have yogurt. I'm really excited to try low fat. It's crazy having to be super careful on what I can eat. Thank you!
I cannot have diary or gluten and found that corn is horrible too to my belly. It is probably the worst pain of all. I read that a lot of times people who are sensitive to gluten can be sensitive to corn as well. Thank you for sharing!
I understand the gut sensitivity! I'm sensitive to soy, wheat and milk. So I've been eating the Paleo Diet, and my tummy is most happy when I follow it carefully.

Oooh the bloated stomach is so annoying! I am eating lactose free and also eating vegan, no milk (only Soya) , not eating bread. And still getting bloated.. Sometimes i dont know what te eat anymore.
I m the same and found out that too much fructose can be the Reason. It really changed my life! Maybe you should try? I know how annoying this can be if you know that you're belly is not big at all..is just the bloating...
All of these things are true that people have commented. I do a low FODMAP diet on top of being vegan, gluten free, soy free, and sugar free (added sugars that is). I h ave IBS but have been able to tame my tummy with the right diet, some digestive enzymes, probiotics and oil of oregano. But every time I eat my salad I do get gassy, just not as bad as I used to. It's easy as a vegan to eat too much fiber from veggies or too much soy from processed meatless products
Also, it is q good idea to get tested for food sensitivities. A lot of us have mild ones we don't know about and over time this can cause major digestive issues and imbalance of gut flora

Hey Hanna 💕 I swear I have exactly the same problem with corn! The thing is that when you eat (sweet) corn out of the can, the corn has developed some enzymes (during its time in the can, cause it is a very processed food) my body just can’t handle! I have been dealing with this problem for many years and I am telling you it doesn’t get better, actually it gets worse! 😖 Love you 🤗🤗

Actually became lactose intolerant just over a year ago and sensitive to gluten as well. And when you mentioned about corn it reminds about mushroom for myself - I actually got mushroom poisoning a month ago

Hey Hanna! Try goat dairy because it’s lactose free! I find it’s a lot easier on my stomach! In regards to your question about corn-totally normal that you can’t have it because of the high amount of cellulose it contains which makes it really hard for our stomach to digest it! I stay away from corn as well. Thanks for this video ❤️

I recently discovered that pineapple helps with bloating. I made a drink in my ninja yesterday with pineapple , coconut water, ginger, cayanne pepper and cinnamon and I was so bloated yesterday because I eat a lot protein .When I woke up this morning I wasn't bloated anymore . I was so happy and felt so good today 👊😊

Since you’re a vegan, your bloating might have to do with too much fiber intake from plant based foods.
a lot of people are soy intolerant as well, might be worth checking if you are

Pepermint tea is also great for reducing stomach bloating and gas. I take it on the evenings and recently when I'm flying in a plane while traveling.

Yes, sugar alcohol can cause a lot of bloating. But since it is mostly fiber, it'll go through your system pretty quickly.
