    Thanks so much for this video! So many channels are about losing weight while I'm over here trying to gain muscle! But I'm REALLY finding it hard to eat so much, I'm constantly full 🤢!

      You don’t have to eat all that. This way you’d wanna give up. Just eat as much you think you can take. This way your body will start getting used to it and eventually you’ll be able to eat more and more :)

    How do I gain muscle but lose fat? I do heavy weight trainings and eat a vegan diet rich in dark greens and proportional whole carbs. I’m gaining muscle but the fat takes forever and a day to come off.

      Do more cardio (before and after every training). But don’t do too much so you won’t burn muscle. That‘s my advice.

      It’s hard to do both at the same time unless you’re a beginner. Maybe it is better to do a cut first and then bulk to gain muscle

      You need to actually track what you're eating and I mean track it carefully in a tracker, set your macros and follow them. If you are trying to gain muscle and are therefore eating in a surplus you are naturally going to gain some fat... You are eating more than you are burning.

      Definitely cut first if you are not in a good headspace/place to bulk. Hanna shredded first and now she is bulking.

    Very good food ideas but Too Many Plastics, wasting food and surely No Care for the Planet! It is no use to being healthy if You don`t have healthy Earth to live in! Hanna with So many young people following you You should try and Show a different approach

    I have made pancakes with banana eggs and oats before i really like them! I will try adding in cinnamon.I like to put blueberries and chopped walnuts in the batter too. I will try more of your recipes! 😀💪

    Hi huge fan here from Dubai, just wanna ask if you suggest using whey protein? Can you suggest a brand name? And also for lactose intolerance. Thank you

      I'd recommend MyProtein! Or any protein powder that's whey isolate. Isolate has a lot less lactose in it (though it's better for cutting as it's got like no calories but got higher protein the, and it's slightly more expensive)

    Gorgeous video as always - wish you'd shown the cooking process though, did you use onion (I don't think so?) and how did you cook the tofu?     1. Don’t show off, focus on form over weight 2. Get plenty of sleep 3. Avoid HIIT or intense cardio 4. Don’t party too hard 5. Eat enough protein .5-1g of protein per pound of body weight 6. Train HARD/progressive overload 7. Don’t starve yourself 8. Stretch and warmup properly 9. Buy her cookbook to gain an extra 10 pounds of lean muscle each year 😎

    Good job @ 3:36. Honest story, in high school I got a 2nd degree burn in my eye flipping a pancake. The butter/oil splashed right into my eye as I was watching to make sure I caught the pancake instead of missing the catch. Lots and lots of pain. So way to go !

    Diet is the majority of all muscle building, you just can't ignore it. I had awesome success with the Agoge diet plan. Would recommend it to anyone!

    I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

    In order to lose fat and gain muscle you need to train well and eat well. I highly recommend the personalized Agoge diet plan, works amazing..

    I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

    I make my pancakes like that as well. My 10month old son loves them!! A little tip you can put the eggs, bananas, and oats in the blender and mix it all together it makes it a lot easier
