I really really love that you are emphasising so strongly om the importance of food. There is so much restrictive dieting in RUclips and social that is sensing the wrong message to young girls. I really love it that you are so conscious of not mentioning (seldom) your weight , calorie intake etc. 🙏💝

So many people swear by working out fasting, other people say you should eat before, and I see people from both groups being so strong and muscular, that i can't decide who is right based on their results

The most important thing is to do what suits you and your lifestyle best. I just appreciate the days when I can sit down and have my breakfeast before my gym session. But I also happen to train sometimes before eating breakfast. :)
