Having muscles and a toned physique is attractive in a woman! Honestly it's really the confidence that makes y'all attractive, not so much how y'all look outside. It's been 3 years since you posted this comment so I hope you had a chance to build some arm strength! If it's still a work in progress, then DON'T GIVE UP AND KEEP AT IT .. YOU CAN DO IT !!!

Killer workout! I superset overhead presses w/ lat pulldown. Recently did my first pull up with supinated grip, want to be able to superset like you 💪💕

Hello, I have been binge watching your videos lately to motivate me. I am overweight and would like to lose weight and be fit. I hate cardio and love weight lifting but I know I will have to incorporate both in my work out. My question is should I do cardio and concentrate on different parts of my body each day, like one day would be leg day and following day is back day etc. Or do you suggest me to start slow and after one month or two split the exercices? I want to maximise my chances to lose weight. Hope you will answer me.
Are there any amazing people out there that could put the full routine in comments? They flash on the screen but I’m on iPhone and can’t make it out. Or maybe where I could find this online? This is such a great workout. I’d love to print and bring to the gym.

I don't know if this is the best, but I work out at home so I use my treadmill, I lay down and grip the handle and do pull ups on that.

If you really want to gain you want to limit your cardio though
