I understand using the smaller weights for rows. I’m 5’5” and use 25 lbs plates instead of 45 lbs plates, so I don’t cut off a few inches from range of motion.
That tip about training rear delts through pregnancy is GOLD. Besides carrying very big, while breastfeeding I really suffered from weakness in my back and ended up slouching.

It’s great that she explained you can fail and miss your target rep range, but make it up with a back off set. I feel like some people just leave it at failure and walk away feeling unaccomplished.

It depends on your goals! 😊 imagine that your body is an engine where more work accumulates more fatigue, meaning if your goal is to focus on abs but you do them last then you'll have less energy to put in that push (even the mind fatigues). So if working on your abs is your main focus then do them early! But do keep in mind that a steady core should be maintained throughout all exercises, so they can then just feel quite tired through the rest of the program 😊 hope that helps!

Nutrition really is tricky! I'm in the same boat as you 👋 is it that you're only eating chicken as your protein source? Or just that you simply want other chicken recipe ideas? I personally love quesadillas which can be made very nutrient dense and so yummy! Usually with food, make small changes and don't completely restrict yourself to stuff you enjoy. Look over your meals and see where you can make small changes, like changing out butter to cream cheese for example. You've got this, girl!

So starting disclosure.....I don't want to come off negative, hurtful, or hateful, trust that is not the intention at all.....but I have to ask if you are going HAM with the bronzer in prep for a show or something(a lot of bikini, wellness and classic physique model/bodybuilders will do a ton of tanning or bronzer prior to a show to not look pasty or pale on stage)? If that is not the case, then I will say its too much.....like way too much. Those of us who have seen any of your earlier content would not recognize you without the name. Love your content, stay fit and strong, but yeah......you might want to avoid the tanner/bronzer for a bit.
