I mean to be fair from all the squat variations out there he chose one of the most uncomfortable and unstable ones, even if your goals are not pure hypertrophy but also strength, I don't see why would you choose that over a regular barbell back squat.

Can you talk about your breathing technique you used for the heavy zercher squats? You held your breath on the way down, paused, exhaled, and then inhaled before coming up.
Adding 10 jumps or throws before a workout after 10 mins of mobility is a great primer. I run 4 days a week, various sessions. Sprints, tempos & one long run a week. My philosophy these days with lifting is power build the upper & athlete the lower. All my lifting sessions are still based round ohp/bench/deadlift/squat. Having a more athletics in your programming is very awesome
On the GHD, I like holding onto to the sides of the rollers and place my back around the shoulder blades on the pads and do leg raises from there. If you let your feet curl under you you get an INSANE stretch in the abs.

And just so some of y'all understand, they know what they are doing and they're having a laugh about it. You're the only one that's seething. As many other men I try to stay focused, determined and to learn and improve daily. Unfortunately the internet is filled with this kind of content which really is just a huge distraction.

for me, 33" waist and 28-30 inch inseam have been the golden measurements for me
