  • Three years ago, I wouldn't have believed it if you told me I was going to run a marathon. Heck I wouldn't even believe I'd ever go out for a run at all. But here we are. Starting off as a keen sportsman, to now an even keener runner, this documentary takes you through a rollercoaster of events which led me to completing my first marathon and discovering the feeling only a runner can describe. Without a doubt, it has changed my life. I hope it can change yours too.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, through all the injuries and special shoutout to Richie, Bridget and Amanda who made me go for that first run.
Get after it. Dive into the unknown, the uncomfortable. You may just find beauty.
    ~ JC

Former ultra runner here - my running has fallen off over the last few years. I was watching running docs to get some motivation back. Thank you Jordan for sharing your story - such an inspirational story and a good reminder of why running is so amazing and so shitty at the same time 😂

i started running this year with a halfmarathon because everyone told me that i cant do it, but i did it withing 2 Hours & 10 min. Yesterday i finished my first official Marathon in 4Hours bro, i'm at 100KG right now and i started loving running somehow.. at the same time i hate it. But since my first run earlier this year i met new friends and people with the same mindset as i have.
Great seeing your journey and happy for you that you could recover your brain damage!

This was a fantastic video! I'm training for my first half marathon and I've been battling a very sore hip. Huge shout out to my PT; between dry needling and the exercises, I can finally start building my distance again.
