Running is a journey that takes you through a variety of different emotions and experiences. The feeling of satisfaction when reaching a goal or achieving a pb. The enjoyment of exploring places and seeing new parts of the world. The feeling of endorphins being released when your body is in movement.
But, on the other hand there is also pain. The struggle of pushing through that last rep, past the point when your body tells you stop. The feeling of defeat when enduring injuries and realising your weaknesses. Beyond anything, running builds resilience, and teaches you how to push through hard times.
Why I Run is a documentary about why I love running. It explores some of my favourite moments running, as well as the struggles.

Found my way here from the Sweat Elite series - I can't help but imagine this little place/channel is going to be a much busier place soon, Ed is magnetic. Thank you for sharing your journey.
What a lovely young bloke.
Getting good at something that used to be very hard is definitely an incentive, ps I saw the ramones in 1986 ish ,they appeared with U2
Late, but inspired. Great stuff, Ed.
Ed Goddard - you're a Rock Star 🎸
Cannot get over the privilege of this man
This was damn impressive, Ed. I almost want to take my documentary down lol.

Hi Ed, hope you start posting more videos. Watched your Sweat Elite series, but it would be great if you could post your workouts here as well as strava. Hope to see you in Paris 2024!
Your a great role model for young aspiring runners Ed ! Thanks for sharing this part of your journey ! You have time on your side as a distance runner, enjoy it all and I look forward to following your progress 👍

Nice one Ed! Are those original vinyl records in background?
90% are original issues, some are re-issued!
@@edgoddard7733 fantastic collection buddy!
Mate!
Hello what do you post new videos
*FORZA ROMA*
Disagree. Half marathon is the easiest distance. You don't taste your own blood like in a 5K and don't hit the wall like in a marathon.
Run a 100 mile race clown
@@oscargonzalez1519 I have run 5 100 mile ultras and 4 above 100 miles
