    These are especially nice, because they absorb moisture from sweating glasses and can be washed if spilled on.

    ❤however, after using you can't use for iced tea, as the coaster doesn't stop wetness. So, I used an old plastic folder inside. Love this though!

      Yes I do! I'm pretty sure I used Pellon SF 101 as I buy that buy the bolt and always have it on hand. What's for supper?, be right over, LOL, TFW:)

    I love how simple this pattern is! Thank you for sharing your amazing techniques with us!! In one of your videos, could you show a close up of the tool you use to poke the inside of the seams? I'm thinking I might expand this pattern a bit bigger and make Christmas placemats! You're so inspiring!! :)

      Why is it needed? I just use the cotton . Sew right on the batting.

      Yes, a 2” square on the 5” coasters then I used the 2.5 “ square on the 6” size. Thank you for watching!

    Why do you need the interfacing? What’s it’s purpose?

      It gives it extra body and makes the coaster a little more substantial. You could leave it out if you wish. Thanks for watching and asking Jody.😊❤️🐥

      Yes, it does. I want mine to be a little firm, thn I definatley press them with spray startch after I wash them. But if you're giving them away, who cares about washing and pressing! LOL!
