English language proficiency may not be required for all IENs. If required, this is what you need.
Overall band score: 7.0
Reading: 6.5
Listening: 7.0
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 7.0
Is OET recognized in Canada I have band score of 7.0 in OET

Yes .they do ask with an overall 7.0 Academic IELTS 7.0 in speaking and listening and 6.5 in reading and writing
