Obviously, their hands are full currently with too many applicants. That is the reason for their answer

I have gap of 6 month... I passed bsc nursing in 31.12.22 and till today date I was just preparing for exam in my country....and if I joined any hospital for clinical practice from next month...then how can I compensate that gap of 6 month...I want to immigrate to Canada

Again, can someone who came into US with non immigrant visa apply while in US and convert to immigrant status.
If u are already with an agency, it is the duty of the agency to get a job for u. However, if u want to get yourself, you must notify them.
You can change from one visa to another if u have a job offer.
