After you have submitted your application to NCAS and BCCNM, a member of the Registration Services team will review your documents. You will be sent a detailed email with instructions on how to request information from your previous nursing employers and regulatory bodies.

The form is in editable format so once you open on your PC, you can edit it. If using phone, then click on edit after opening the form

@@epwenejulietebude7683 it depends on the app you are using. With officesuite, tap on the edit sign, there is a drop down menu on the top left, select sign, select quick sign, sign and adjust it accordingly.
Hope this helps. If not, print it out, sign with a pen and scan it.
