Yes currently it is only available to those are in Canada either temporarily or permanently but it might change later, the one in Nova Scotia is open to people who are not in Canada

When I was applying it didn’t have an option for international educated nurses outside Canada, they still had to go through NNAS, and yes the program is for international educated nurses but who currently has a resident in Canada , some RUclipsr just say things to make more views, I only give information either I have experienced or verified. Please Send an email to BCCNM and please let me know if it has changed then I can update the information in the video, I recommend you check the Nova Scotia registration too , this opened the 1/5 and they are not asking for NNAS or IELTS either, good luck
