I just dropped you a message that I got from Nshealth. I am still looking for actual information on Alberta because it's not about getting licensure in NS or Alberta, but what about getting a job with it? What about moving to Canada with it? Most of these countries are just cashing out with Nigerians, and then RUclipsrs will follow suit, doing click bait to make money for themselves. We spent a lot of money for my wife to travel to the Philippines for the NCLEX, and thank God she passed, and she is now a USRN with NYBON, but because of the delays with America, we want to try out Canada. We are not going to spend 57 CAD to get a temporary license that will expire before she gets a job or migrates to Canada, and then pay again. Bring in someone who has gone through these processes and he\she is now in Canada, and watch your RUclips sub explode.
I appreciate your comment, but i need to make things clear to you. Getting a nursing license from a nursing regulatory body in Canada is not an immigration pathway. I have never stated this in any of my videos. My videos are most beneficial for IENs who are in Canada or plan to come to Canada as temporary residents or caregivers and then process their nursing licenses. The truth of the matter is that there are many IENs who are stuck in the caregiver role and can not practice as nurses, and my mission is to change that. Please quit comparing me to other youtubers. Do some due diligence on how you and your family would like to immigrate to Canada first before posting comments like this. Consider visa sponsorship jobs. Pray for guidance over your situation. Best of luck to you and your family.
@@MoneyCPR Now you are stating this "Getting a nursing license from a nursing regulatory body in Canada is not an immigration pathway. I have never stated this in any of my videos. Which one will be best for me which province ?
Hi ! Thanks for the informative video . But What should I fill in the employment history if I didn’t work as a nurse after completing my education (gnm) from India
Hello. Be honest on your application. Just an FYI, a nursing diploma (GNM) would not qualify for a RN license in Alberta. In the US, an IEN with a diploma can write the NCLEX-RN but not in Canada. If you don't want to request an ATT from the US, then look into LPN regulatory bodies in Canada. Thanks for watching!
Hi, thanks for information. I have a question - Do you know - should WES send my credential evaluation or can I send this document (scan copy) as well?
Good day our Nurse Resource, I filled to the last of the Step 5 that required payment. I wanted to save and exit so that when next i log in, i would start with the payment option. surprisingly i couldn't sign in again and had to start from the beginning. There was no option to save and continue. Secondly, the amount i saw to be paid was CAD 236.25. Meanwhile, some of my friends said they filled the form for Alberta but there was no monetary involvement. My question now is, Are there two pathways for the same Alberta, one requiring money and the other is not? Thank you and pardon my lengthy question.
Hi😊 Thank you for useful information. I passed NCLEX-RN in January 2022. So, it has been over a year since I passed. Do I need to take an additional English test such as IELTS for the application process in order to meet the English requirements?
Hi good day .thank you for the info ...I just want to ask about the requirements for English language proficiency. One of the requirement is the Successful completion of a nursing* education program of at least two years of full-time study outside of Canada where the theory and clinical were provided in English. Is this medium of instruction? Practised as a nurse* for at least 250 hours in a jurisdiction where the health care services are provided in English. I want to know what if I'm currently working in saudi arabia as a nurse for more than 5 yrs. Does it apply ? Or do I need to take the ielts exam for it ??
Hi, Thank you for sharing this. I got my NNAS report and applied for the IEN assessment directly from CRNA. Do you know what's the next step? I haven't received any update since I applied and not sure whether I should submit any documentation as I already gave everything to NNAS.
Partially. When you apply to join the register, you must pay both an application assessment fee and a permit fee to the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Here's the fees for 2023-2024- Application (Account Creation) $236.25, Full Year Permit- $504.00. Taxes included. Thanks for watching!
The cost will depend on a few variables that are unknown to me. There is no one-size-fits-all for internationally educated nurses. In fact, there are 6 pathways available.
