Hi, I recently passed my NCLEX new york and still waiting for my license and I have to transfer my license to CNO. Do i have to wait for my license number before requesting verification of license from New york board of nursing?
My evidence of practice will expire on april 23, I’m worried if im gonna run out of time.
I was a bit confused are you going to fill in the address of CRNA office or are you going to send it in your own address?
You can do both . If you want to send it yo CRNA then write their address . And if u want to get it to your self then write yours .

Thank you for the information. But sorry I got a little confused. CRNA requires me to submit NCSBN candidate report to provide proof of passing the NCLEX-RN exam. Does this mean that I have to apply for the Certification and Verification?
Yes and , you can also ask CRNA what else way can i give proof of my exam . They will guide you then.

Yes you can do that . You will have to pay differently .
