Hi there, I really like your vibe. The way you speak with a calm and soft voice. The room is really well decorated for a calming yoga session. I would like to ask for one thing though. You mention to take our time, which I find very valuable. Time to transition from the one into the next posture, time to feel how the body reacts, to make small adjustments based on that, etcetera. But for these things I do need a bit more time than I got from this video. When you were in cat cow I was still making my way back from the former position ;). Don't worry about small silences, it's all good. Also what you said in the end of the video was very helpful. About how a simple practice can have large effects on the day. So true and so motivating. Thank you :)
