Record company bosses figured out that it’s cheaper to churn & burn frequently through far more mediocre artists, coz they don’t get paid as much as people like Suzi Quatro, or Tammy Wynette, or Karen Carpenter, or Mary Hopkins, etc.

Throughout Diana's long and illustrious superstar career, she has worked with a wide array of producers. Of them all, however, NO ONE knew how to produce Diana better than HDH, Ashford & Simpson, and Michael Masser. Motown knew how to package Diana, and they sure knew how to pick 'em when it came to matching the right artist with the best producer and best songs. When they teamed her up with Ashford & Simpson, it was a match made in Heaven! "Remember Me" is a classic example why!

Madonna copied her voice and style...😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 Don't think so... I DON'T see that in any of Madonna's songs.. two totally different styles there bud I prefer Lady D of course over Madonna I only like Madonna from the 80s and 90s stuff ..l don't like her anymore she got weird.... But Diana Ross lives on forever true legendary diva.

enmaxus Actually Ms. Ross saved my life along time ago. I was so depressed I was going to kill myself. I decided to play this song over and over again till I began to cry my eyes out. I knew then I was going to be fine. So everytime I get down I play this song over and over till I feel ok. So I decided to have this song played at my funeral. I wish I could get a message to Ms. Ross that she is and always will be my hero. Remember Me is my life saver.💜🎶🎼

I first saw Diana Ross when I was 8 yrs old on my lunch break home with my mom. I would walk home from school at lunch time, my mother would make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk and we would watch the Mike Douglas show. In those days the Mike Douglas show would come on just before the soaps. One afternoon I was seated in front of our little black & white television set watching with my mother when Mike introduced the Supremes. I was hooked on Diana Ross from that moment on. Mary and Florence wee there but I was Mezmerize by that one girl. I am now 63 years old and still am mesmerized by this lady. I describe her magic like looking into a 💯 watt light 💡 at close range. She have inspired me. That little 8 year old boy went back to school that afternoon with a new attitude. It’s possible for me to be great. That is Diana Ross message and magic that made me want to dream big and work hard to achieve my dreams.

I’m waiting for Lady Diana Ross & all her tv specials on DVD!! She did many she even did with the supremes, and the Temptations never received an Emmy award. I am in shock, especially her concert in New York. in Central Park, which is unbelievable, but she did not receive an Emmy ever. I don’t understand that, but she deserves them!! but what a way to grow up I just grew up with her my life through some not so happy times she really got me through it. That’s Miss Diana Ross and the Motown sound and all the artists and they made you feel good and they made you get up and dance and just sing and just enjoy life especially when you were struggling, I watched my parents struggle for every penny to give us things that we needed ,at the time I was growing up ❤❤❤❤❤
