Record company bosses figured out that it’s cheaper to churn & burn frequently through far more mediocre artists, coz they don’t get paid as much as people like Suzi Quatro, or Tammy Wynette, or Karen Carpenter, or Mary Hopkins, etc.
Misty eyes, the greatest female vocal group of all time and one of the greatest singers of all time, sadly we will never witness this greatness again, a blessed witness.
Diana sang her own epitaph! This song hits home! It's depicts life, and relationship; one to remember with love ongoing, with cheer, as a good thing, to cherish forever and ever!
Remember listening to the Supremes as a kid and loved every song. Hit after hit after hit. Their music will always be played! Thanks for such great memories.....❤
Throughout Diana's long and illustrious superstar career, she has worked with a wide array of producers. Of them all, however, NO ONE knew how to produce Diana better than HDH, Ashford & Simpson, and Michael Masser. Motown knew how to package Diana, and they sure knew how to pick 'em when it came to matching the right artist with the best producer and best songs. When they teamed her up with Ashford & Simpson, it was a match made in Heaven! "Remember Me" is a classic example why!
One of the thousands of great songs from the mid-60s to mid-70s. Sometimes I wish I was younger, but am glad as a musician today I heard all those songs when they were brand new.
I love this song, i had completely forgotten about it until i heard it on a tiktok clip. Love it and Diana's talent so much! Sing Diana Always!🎤🎤🎤💃🤸♀️🎉
OFTEN CONSIDER THIS TO B MY FAVOURITE DIANA.................BYE BABY SEE U AROUND SAYS IT ALL ....THE VOICE .......THE STYLE...THE EYES....SHE LOVES TO LOOK UP.........SHE IS A GODDESS
Incredible stage presence. Her ability to connect is powerful beyond belief, maybe more than any performer I've ever seen. The eyes pull you in deep. I'm 62 and I've seen 'em all. And sexy AF.
Wow, such joy in this song yet the lyrics are tearjerker. Fantastic montage of one of the best eras in music. These ladies were pure class and some "performers" today should take note
Diana (The Boss) Ross!! I love me some you....... Fifty six years and counting. One of my favorite songs. I thank you for all that you have done and the many years of entertainment, never leaving a stone unturned. From my heart to yours. I love me some you!! xox. ;)

Madonna copied her voice and style...😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 Don't think so... I DON'T see that in any of Madonna's songs.. two totally different styles there bud I prefer Lady D of course over Madonna I only like Madonna from the 80s and 90s stuff ..l don't like her anymore she got weird.... But Diana Ross lives on forever true legendary diva.
I just heard "So much better if the world just danced". Gave very faint memories. Arrangement & song overall, Incredible! Stunned to find it was D. Ross.
An amazing record! When I first heard it, driving, I had to pull over to calm down. I was amazed Ashford and Simpson came up with such a brilliant followup to "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."
Just saw this for the first time. Really nicely done! Diana Ross was and is still is one of my all time favorites. The Supremes are my favorite girl group ever! Carry on to stars!!!

LOVE IT!! The music & video is great, in synch and done well. Plus its one of my most favorite songs produced on Ross by Ashford & Simpson!! Fierce bkground vocals, I love Vals piano playing!
enmaxus Actually Ms. Ross saved my life along time ago. I was so depressed I was going to kill myself. I decided to play this song over and over again till I began to cry my eyes out. I knew then I was going to be fine. So everytime I get down I play this song over and over till I feel ok. So I decided to have this song played at my funeral. I wish I could get a message to Ms. Ross that she is and always will be my hero. Remember Me is my life saver.💜🎶🎼
I first saw Diana Ross when I was 8 yrs old on my lunch break home with my mom. I would walk home from school at lunch time, my mother would make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk and we would watch the Mike Douglas show. In those days the Mike Douglas show would come on just before the soaps. One afternoon I was seated in front of our little black & white television set watching with my mother when Mike introduced the Supremes. I was hooked on Diana Ross from that moment on. Mary and Florence wee there but I was Mezmerize by that one girl. I am now 63 years old and still am mesmerized by this lady. I describe her magic like looking into a 💯 watt light 💡 at close range. She have inspired me. That little 8 year old boy went back to school that afternoon with a new attitude. It’s possible for me to be great. That is Diana Ross message and magic that made me want to dream big and work hard to achieve my dreams.
I’m waiting for Lady Diana Ross & all her tv specials on DVD!! She did many she even did with the supremes, and the Temptations never received an Emmy award. I am in shock, especially her concert in New York. in Central Park, which is unbelievable, but she did not receive an Emmy ever. I don’t understand that, but she deserves them!! but what a way to grow up I just grew up with her my life through some not so happy times she really got me through it. That’s Miss Diana Ross and the Motown sound and all the artists and they made you feel good and they made you get up and dance and just sing and just enjoy life especially when you were struggling, I watched my parents struggle for every penny to give us things that we needed ,at the time I was growing up ❤❤❤❤❤
I can remember where I was with my friends from school swimming on LI, No. Shore, & loving this song. It was one of those great love song, but, yet fun!

Nothing remotely comparable these days, weren't we lucky of a certain age to have this as the music to grow up with. Magic.
So freaking TRUE! We danced like maniacs to this at THE FIREHOUSE in NyC!
Genius. Gifted. Great material forever.
