Hey man, got a question I've had for a while. How high in working weight do you think you could go on flat dumbbell bench press? Also what would you think your one rep max could be? I see you doing 120's sometimes but l've never seen 125's or higher. You're one of the strongest guys I've seen on here so I assume you can go pretty heavy. Always wondered, I'm just now touching the 100's myself. Love the information in your videos! (I commented this a couple videos ago but was way late so I didn’t think you’d see!)
Hmm, I usually begin most chest sessions with a fly so I don’t have to go as heavy with the working weight on my presses but I think 130 could be a smooth 8-10 for me right now. As for a 1 rep max, man I really don’t know. I’d like to think I’d get close to 400 on bench, so we’ll go with that lol

Hey thanks for watching. For rest time between set I’m usually taking between 90 seconds (for isolation movements) and 2-3 minutes (for heavier compound movements.
Bruh I'm from india and here everyone starts leg day with some smith machine squats or just squats and end with calves. You started from calves then moved on to leg extensions. So it's alright to workout from the calves then quads and hamstrings Yeah?
