Nagato Hey man don’t count days or even focus on nofap while doing it, my mistake was trying to obtain a goal of 3 months as well but the problem with that is, that it isn’t optimal enough to withstand urges! what you need to tell yourself is “I’m doing this so I can thrive in the future”, “I can obtain all my goals a lot easier if I simply retain my semen” learn to channel energy through reading, cold showers, work outs, meditation and make yourself busy. Try fasting as well it’s a great tool for refining the ability of strong willpower. But most importantly let yourself know that this is a gradual habit building routine, don’t be fully disciplined at the start as when one rule goes out the window, the rest will follow. Slowly build it up and watch the days compound and you feel amazing a year later. Idk what day I’m on but I think it’s around 30-40 days. My goal is to become better simple, satisfaction will come in the future but as of now it’s time to knuckle down. Be strong lad, we’re brothers you and I.

Its many things combined. Not ejaculating help's for sure but usually it's more motivation ,will and aggressiveness(in a good way) that leads to bigger gains. You cannot assume that more receptors in the brain would equal more receptors anywhere else in the body. If you are referencing a different study please link it to me. I would like to believe you are right but science has nothing to back any anabolic effects from celibacy.
I did not assume, I simply said that it would not surprise me. As far as I know, there are no studies (yet) made on the effects on androgen receptors in the skeletal muscle and abstinence. Just like you, I would like to see much more research done on this as it's a fascinating ting.

You may not remember but you once asked me how I came to conclusion that Testesterones aren't decreasing after 7 days but rather being actually used due to increase in androgen receptors. Will this is the video why I came to conclusion. Studies show that testosterone increase up to 7 days and then they crash right. But why they keep increasing? because they aren't being used. Androgen receptors slowly start to increase the same time, so after 7 days they actually start to use the testosterone for the body. This is why we might feel and become manly and stronger after 7 days while studies keep showing that T-levels remaining the same. I think they do remain the same, it's just that we are using them more often after nofap. They reason they might below on PMO is simply could be either they are busy making sperms or being thrown out of the body or not having enough nutrients in body left to make more of it after sperms are made again and again.

When I was in Bootcamp we couldn’t weight train and had 0 privacy so I had nowhere to fap anyway lol. My leg muscles blew up even more even when I wasn’t doing weights. The moment i released they went down in size. There is definitely a connection between semen retention and muscle growth.

Tribulus may help with libido, but the effects on testosterone is probably negligible, at least on it's own (could perhaps be different when combining and stacking). Pretty happy with my current testosterone levels, but I'm always open and reading and learning....there will be more videos on T.levels in the near future. Thank you, I've started to eat more beef, avocados, fish(tuna,sardines),olive oil and I'm lowering the amount of sugar I intake, I also started to shower in cold showers(Not the coolest setting, however it is watertemperature where my body shakes and I gasp for breath, new to nofap, but I feel like it makes progress, I'm wanting to try gym too, but I'd stick to home working out for now, I see massive difference in the amount of social anxiety i used to have, i also sleep with just a shirt now, If i didn't find your channel, I wouldn't apply those changes, they do work, but I'm still somehow low on libido / overall attration to women, my energy falls down extremely after 2pm (and I wake up at 6am). I'm meditating sometimes, to Gayantri Mantra, or sometimes I listen to guided meditations. I feel a bit more alive, but i used to simply Feel much more emotions before. Which are seemingly lacking often. And I just don't know what else could I try to feel them. Anyways, I'll keep on trying, and applying your other advices until i figure out what is it. You put in work, like the rest of us: Go to the gym, go for short intensive runs outside, eat less carbs and cut down your total calories. Personally I like to combine an intermittent fasting regimen with keto if I want to lose weight quickly.

Are these androgen receptors only in the brain? If so, fapping would only affect your behaviour and how masculine you "feel", but wouldn't affect physical traits such as muscle mass, hair growth, etc.
They are found in the brain but not limited to the brain. However, I don't think studies been made on abstinence and receptor density in humans...

You may not remember but you once asked me how I came to conclusion that Testesterones aren't decreasing after 7 days but rather being actually used due to increase in androgen receptors. Will this is the video why I came to conclusion. Studies show that testosterone increase up to 7 days and then they crash right. But why they keep increasing? because they aren't being used. Androgen receptors slowly start to increase the same time, so after 7 days they actually start to use the testosterone for the body. This is why we might feel and become manly and stronger after 7 days while studies keep showing that T-levels remaining the same. I think they do remain the same, it's just that we are using them more often after nofap. They reason they might below on PMO is simply could be either they are busy making sperms or being thrown out of the body or not having enough nutrients in body left to make more of it after sperms are made again and again.

@@ScandinavianBob there is no study on it. I asked chatGPT, it made a similar conclusion because androgens are proteins that bind to testosterone. But there is no evidence rn of my theory.

When I was in Bootcamp we couldn’t weight train and had 0 privacy so I had nowhere to fap anyway lol. My leg muscles blew up even more even when I wasn’t doing weights. The moment i released they went down in size. There is definitely a connection between semen retention and muscle growth.

I realized that even if I don't train i keep my gains better. I stopped to workout for 20 days due to catching covid, i had it mild.(lol i fapped right before catching covid) in those 20 days with covid, i didn't fap, i realized I losed more fat, than muscle mass.

It was a huge boost in my case,from 70 kilos i went to 76 while barelly eating stuff and not even working out,i have to say doe that i have been 82 kilograms of mostly muscle before (and i got a back problem that caused me to have headaches and lost lots of gains from it) but nofap gains is as real as gains get,you also tend to be way leaner when doing nofap,even leaner than skinny guys who jack off

Tribulus may help with libido, but the effects on testosterone is probably negligible, at least on it's own (could perhaps be different when combining and stacking). Pretty happy with my current testosterone levels, but I'm always open and reading and learning....there will be more videos on T.levels in the near future. Thank you, I've started to eat more beef, avocados, fish(tuna,sardines),olive oil and I'm lowering the amount of sugar I intake, I also started to shower in cold showers(Not the coolest setting, however it is watertemperature where my body shakes and I gasp for breath, new to nofap, but I feel like it makes progress, I'm wanting to try gym too, but I'd stick to home working out for now, I see massive difference in the amount of social anxiety i used to have, i also sleep with just a shirt now, If i didn't find your channel, I wouldn't apply those changes, they do work, but I'm still somehow low on libido / overall attration to women, my energy falls down extremely after 2pm (and I wake up at 6am). I'm meditating sometimes, to Gayantri Mantra, or sometimes I listen to guided meditations. I feel a bit more alive, but i used to simply Feel much more emotions before. Which are seemingly lacking often. And I just don't know what else could I try to feel them.
Anyways, I'll keep on trying, and applying your other advices until i figure out what is it.

I have written an article about how one could strategize this on my blog where I talk about this. Except, NO, why would you want to kill day 7 if that's the highest testosterone day. And even worse, day 6 when it's about to rise sharply...masturbating on day 8 or 9 would be much smarter.

@@derickkirumbo8223, It may help a tiny bit with building muscle, and bigger muscle in turn help with burning fat as they need more energy, but the differences are minute. You put in work, like the rest of us: Go to the gym, go for short intensive runs outside, eat less carbs and cut down your total calories. Personally I like to combine an intermittent fasting regimen with keto if I want to lose weight quickly.

No I don't think so. But if you become addicted to fapping to online adult entertainment, the addiction related brain changes can make ocd much worse. It's a supernormal stimuli, not good for the brain. So at least don't use online adult entertainment.
