      I failed bro. My longest streak was two weeks. When I wrote tht comment. Ever since it’s just bees every few day to about some times every day. Rn I’m on day three Of no fap. So much for 90 days.

      Nagato Hey man don’t count days or even focus on nofap while doing it, my mistake was trying to obtain a goal of 3 months as well but the problem with that is, that it isn’t optimal enough to withstand urges! what you need to tell yourself is “I’m doing this so I can thrive in the future”, “I can obtain all my goals a lot easier if I simply retain my semen” learn to channel energy through reading, cold showers, work outs, meditation and make yourself busy. Try fasting as well it’s a great tool for refining the ability of strong willpower. But most importantly let yourself know that this is a gradual habit building routine, don’t be fully disciplined at the start as when one rule goes out the window, the rest will follow. Slowly build it up and watch the days compound and you feel amazing a year later. Idk what day I’m on but I think it’s around 30-40 days. My goal is to become better simple, satisfaction will come in the future but as of now it’s time to knuckle down. Be strong lad, we’re brothers you and I.

      @Will Mines It felt amazing back then. But I had no luck past few months. Recently I had so many health issues that drowned me, and I couldn't get over it. And guess what is the easiest way to get out of reality for a while? You are right... But now I don't really feel much pleasure from doing it. So maybie now it's time to exit that pmo loop and get back to reality again.

      I’ve seem this study, it looked at the androgen receptor density within the hippocampus of the rats, not in the skeletal muscle. Please link the study you are referring to i want to believe you are right.

    You’re spot on with muscle gain. You also burn a lot more fat which makes you look a lot more masculine. People are surprised at how fast I am putting on lean size

      Yes I'm also practicing intermittent fasting and in just one month my results are unbelievable I lost 15 lbs and gained muscle. Mind you I also run every 2 days and gave up pop.
      My head is clear. My energy is 100% daily. My memory is sharp, so is my focus. It has helped me become a better man. My daily trading has taken me to new heights.     this is not placebo effect. Nofap really make your muscle growth faster..
    nofap = more testosterone
    more testosterone = increase ability body to build muscle and recovery after workout..
    but you must at least have 7 hours sleep a day to maximize your gains...

    Its many things combined. Not ejaculating help's for sure but usually it's more motivation ,will and aggressiveness(in a good way) that leads to bigger gains. I can say after my self that .I Feel raw , confident and I'm working harder at the gym !
    No fap = willing to put on work .

    Ive struggled with fapping since i was about 12. Ive been fighting to stop this addiction. And I so far made it to day 4. I’ll try and keep everyone posted.
    Edit: Just finished fapping, and feel disgusted and displeased with the person I am. And the strange thing was that i had come across this old comment of mine.     Another amazing benefit after 5+ months. Body takes over with diet. I’ve been forced into keto by my body. The good thing about nofap is your body sees that you actually care and you start to evolve without outside influences. All I see carbs as is love. I needed a lot of love from lack of it and rejection. I mean I had crazy headaches last night. But I slept better and feel like I had better quality of sleep. Of course I’m always hungry now. 😜

    Facts.. however it's extremely minor of an effect. Also I think a lot of the people watching and then trying things like this are also pot smokers, cig smokers, and junk food eaters.. If you are going as far to cut out jerking off for muscle gain you better be going 150% on everything else health and workout wise or you're just wasting your time. Also Jerking off helps reduce stress and is good for your brain and heart. I am skeptical of it being more beneficial than negative. For the average person this wouldn't be effective or useful. Still an interesting and informative video.

      Valid points you have there. Of course it also depends on where they are coming from in terms of the amount, as many young guys are literally addicted to fapping to online adult entertainment nowadays, and addiction is not healthy for the brain or body. But still, as I said in the video, in my blog post I share my own experience with this and I too have found it helpful for my own strength increase during my years of experimentation.     i relapsed couple days ago and i started to doubt whether nofap works or not, so i intentionally went on two day binge pmo to see the contrast between nofap and pmo and goddamn i feel little bit depressed now, like everything seems fucking pointless and nothing excites me. So yea now i have zero doubt whether nofap works or not. I'm so fucking glad that i've discovered nofap and it's powers. Fuck pmo, never again! Btw, interesting video about androgen receptors, people don't talk about them much and that's why many people thinks nofap is useless, because after 7 days your testosterone goes back to baseline, but they don't realize that your androgen receptors doesn't go back down if you keep going without busting a nut

    The study you are referencing looked at the androgen receptor density within the hippocampus of rats after abstaining from ejaculation, not in skeletal muscle. You cannot assume that more receptors in the brain would equal more receptors anywhere else in the body. If you are referencing a different study please link it to me. I would like to believe you are right but science has nothing to back any anabolic effects from celibacy.

      I did not assume, I simply said that it would not surprise me. As far as I know, there are no studies (yet) made on the effects on androgen receptors in the skeletal muscle and abstinence. Just like you, I would like to see much more research done on this as it's a fascinating ting.

    Are these androgen receptors only in the brain? If so, fapping would only affect your behaviour and how masculine you "feel", but wouldn't affect physical traits such as muscle mass, hair growth, etc.

    You may not remember but you once asked me how I came to conclusion that Testesterones aren't decreasing after 7 days but rather being actually used due to increase in androgen receptors. Will this is the video why I came to conclusion. Studies show that testosterone increase up to 7 days and then they crash right. But why they keep increasing? because they aren't being used. Androgen receptors slowly start to increase the same time, so after 7 days they actually start to use the testosterone for the body. This is why we might feel and become manly and stronger after 7 days while studies keep showing that T-levels remaining the same. I think they do remain the same, it's just that we are using them more often after nofap. They reason they might below on PMO is simply could be either they are busy making sperms or being thrown out of the body or not having enough nutrients in body left to make more of it after sperms are made again and again.

    When I was in Bootcamp we couldn’t weight train and had 0 privacy so I had nowhere to fap anyway lol. My leg muscles blew up even more even when I wasn’t doing weights. The moment i released they went down in size. There is definitely a connection between semen retention and muscle growth.

    I realized that even if I don't train i keep my gains better. I stopped to workout for 20 days due to catching covid, i had it mild.(lol i fapped right before catching covid) in those 20 days with covid, i didn't fap, i realized I losed more fat, than muscle mass.

      It was a huge boost in my case,from 70 kilos i went to 76 while barelly eating stuff and not even working out,i have to say doe that i have been 82 kilograms of mostly muscle before (and i got a back problem that caused me to have headaches and lost lots of gains from it) but nofap gains is as real as gains get,you also tend to be way leaner when doing nofap,even leaner than skinny guys who jack off

    What do you think about Bulgarian Tribulus or Tribulus supplement in general? I watch your videos and they do give me whole another perspective on life! I'm looking forward to your new videos too, also, I'd like to ask, are you looking for more ways to increase testosterone naturally / or how to restore or increase libido in men?       Tribulus may help with libido, but the effects on testosterone is probably negligible, at least on it's own (could perhaps be different when combining and stacking). Pretty happy with my current testosterone levels, but I'm always open and reading and learning....there will be more videos on T.levels in the near future.       Thank you, I've started to eat more beef, avocados, fish(tuna,sardines),olive oil and I'm lowering the amount of sugar I intake, I also started to shower in cold showers(Not the coolest setting, however it is watertemperature where my body shakes and I gasp for breath, new to nofap, but I feel like it makes progress, I'm wanting to try gym too, but I'd stick to home working out for now, I see massive difference in the amount of social anxiety i used to have, i also sleep with just a shirt now, If i didn't find your channel, I wouldn't apply those changes, they do work, but I'm still somehow low on libido / overall attration to women, my energy falls down extremely after 2pm (and I wake up at 6am). I'm meditating sometimes, to Gayantri Mantra, or sometimes I listen to guided meditations. I feel a bit more alive, but i used to simply Feel much more emotions before. Which are seemingly lacking often. And I just don't know what else could I try to feel them.
      Anyways, I'll keep on trying, and applying your other advices until i figure out what is it.

      Haha, yep, the reason I never say the words eja**** or po** is because the algorithm does not like those words, and then we creators tend to take a hit. Things have become crazy strict on youtube...thats why I always say "online adult entertainment" and "busting nuts" etc :D

    Man i thaught about something, if we masturbate and day 6,7 kill it at the gym and repeat this process while our testosterone rises wouldn't that be good fot muscle growth?

      I have written an article about how one could strategize this on my blog where I talk about this. Except, NO, why would you want to kill day 7 if that's the highest testosterone day. And even worse, day 6 when it's about to rise sharply...masturbating on day 8 or 9 would be much smarter.

      @@derickkirumbo8223, It may help a tiny bit with building muscle, and bigger muscle in turn help with burning fat as they need more energy, but the differences are minute. You put in work, like the rest of us: Go to the gym, go for short intensive runs outside, eat less carbs and cut down your total calories. Personally I like to combine an intermittent fasting regimen with keto if I want to lose weight quickly.

      No I don't think so. But if you become addicted to fapping to online adult entertainment, the addiction related brain changes can make ocd much worse. It's a supernormal stimuli, not good for the brain. So at least don't use online adult entertainment.
