Microwaved food does NOT taste as good as ANY other method of cooking. AND it cools off much too quickly. And finally, using a microwave is still using energy (!) -granted not as much but my goodness, what a RELIGION has the worship of “Mother” Earth has become. Today we have many options for roasting that can contribute to reducing our global reliance on oil and gas so that we can collectively avoid adverse climate impacts that create harms for our children in the future. Cooking with natural gas has health impacts indoors for our children in addition to climate impacts more broadly. Using an Aga is not widely an option nor is it a climate solution. Jamie has global reach. He is much loved. Our comments can help broaden the options he advances to eat and live well around the world while valuing every life sustainability and in peace. I liked the egg fried rice. I would add a tablespoon of soy sauce in it with the tofu and I think it would be a plus.
