I always took a day off the friday before Thanksgiving and made all te sides and froze them in bags and prepped everything else i could. I set the tableand covered it with a bed sheet. Laid out and labelled the serving dishes and polished the silver. Great timesaver on turkey day, so i always slept an extra hour.
I make my mashed potatoes in the instant pot the morning of. They stay warm all day in IP! Huge hit! Using a hand mixer to mix and putting cream, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper
Looks so good. Seems that the first turkey way the best. But I think her injected dry would be the best. It would taste almost perfect. I’m not fond of turkey but turkey that’s cooked like a fried chicken I eat that. Make some mashed potatoes ad gravy and that’s Al you need. Yum
3:19 time stamp, I just so happened to awake at 230 in the morning for a bio run to hear this host say Alexa set timer 12 minutes...as I settled to go back to sleep....what goes off 12 minutes later? His timer on my Alexa! Stop laughing,... if I slept thru the bio urge, I would have awakened wondering why Alexa is going off.
Unfortunally im brining my turkey the wrong day ( i got confused) its been lake 11 hrs, should I take it out and leave it in the fridge without brine. I dont wanted to get ruined, help!
TIP: FRIED TURKEY - Before you oil in fryer, measure what you actually need....here is how while pot is cool, put the raw turkey in the pot the cover it with water just a bit more that the top of the turkey... remove the turkey dumping any liquid back in the pot... measure the water ....that is how much oil you should put in the fryer.....remember too much oil can cause an overflow. Under estimating could mean you have to add oil....both things with an open flame can be dangerous... Measuring first will lower the chances of a fire....(Remember to dry out the pot and pat dry your turkey before you cook... water and oil cause splatter)......Have fun and be safe.
Great unless someone is allergic to Peanuts!! I am amazed at how many videos I see of people frying Turkey in Peanut oil. who never mention allergies. Could be deadly to someone who ate this and didn't know how it was cooked. I would have 2 options just in case. Especially for children!!!

You don't exactly give the measurements on everything. RUclips is supposed to be a sharing platform.

After 64 years of cooking/baking, I’m sure I know what to do and what pleases my family and guests.
Good for you lmao who cares
That was not necessary
This video is not for you then so move on!
Do you have a RUclips channel so we can learn?
You could make a gizzard pie with those kidneys.
You said kidneys - those are gizzards, not kidneys.
BRINE FIRST !!!
I've never seen someone deep fry a turkey with zero seasoning...
Kidneys????
Clueless copycat. Lol
