Here's a quick rundown . . . small text is possible on an embroidery machine; but just how small can you get? Well, that depends on numerous factors which are based on your exact project. There is no "One Size Fits All" to answer this. Start by asking this question: Can it REALISTICALLY be done at the overall size you requested? [Can you park a Boeing 737 airplane in your driveway 🤔 lols] Keep in mind embroidery uses THREAD, not printer ink. EVERY project will depend on things such as: The design [Is it digitized properly?], The fabric it will be stitched on, The needle size, the weight of the thread [including the bobbin thread]. The stitch speed of your machine, The tension, The stabilizer, etc. Oh & lets not forget the BIGGEST thing of all . . . What FONT are you using? Some people want to fit a whole sentence on the tip of a fingernail using the fanciest of fonts 🤦🏽‍♂️ Some things just aren't possible. You need 60 weight thread and a 65/9 needle for letters that small.

Yes, they would look better. 5 mm letters and below.

I haven’t finished watching.. when you test to replicate a client stitch out... keep the same layers.. I thought I saw that there was a fill stitch under the text. Use the same fabric base and stabilizer. This will truly replicate the stitch out and allow you to make and apples to apples assessment.

I feel like it might look even cleaner with 60 wt thread and smaller needle size, It also looks like the threads started sinking into the tatami stitch, so I think you might actually start seeing the issues your client is seeing if you had a tatami stitch behind it...

Hmmmm, you need check design before post. It is you business,but the main reason way I start design bay self ,was the people sent me bed design. Same time you see the mistake only after embroidery on fabric. But it only my opinion. Nice embroidery in this video.
