Really looking forward to more embroidery content. Thank you for posting! I had a very similar job last month on an independent flannel. The thinner thread and needle worked out great for the tiny text and small flying birds in the design.
Good to see you progressing on “Little Jimmy” lol. Can you imagine doing an order for 3000 bucket hats on just one head? That was us 3 years ago! Lol. Now we have 13! Tajima baby!

Amazing work as always. a note specifically on the video, i think you nailed the audio you had during the embroidery. if that means anything. i don't know. it seemed right.
Good info brother. You got a digitising program yet? Setting the start position to bottom centre of the logo will make getting the same distance above the pocket easier
hey @lee stuart just try adding wash away top on your 60wt embroidery. it just will made it better. but over all it looks great. look always amazing work Lee
Thanks man. I actually tried that on a second run of these a week after I shot the video. The flannel is a pretty sturdy material so the topping didn't make any difference
Thank you! Do you have Tajima specific videos that have walked you through how to use your Tajima? I just got one and am having a hard time finding instruction videos.
Sample on the backing paper always looks different because of pull/push compensation and that’s why samples should always be done on intended fabrics. And also please be careful with needle bar shaft they are very weak on all the models with DCP. I have already broken 3 of them with very minor impact
Not a simple answer since there are a bunch of factors involved with these machines. I have a review video on this machine coming out in 2 weeks that goes over it
Excellent example of what to do for small lettering. Looks Awesome!
Thanks! Love learning new stuff like this
You are so right, Lee. Thinner thread, and I use titanium needles.
Great results happen when you have a great machine and a Great digitizer!!
Absolutely. Both are huge factors
You are still our hero.
Little Jimmy our here kicking ass and taking names
Love the 60wt suggestion! Great work-around!
It's a great tool to have
AMAZING WORK!!
Look into putting solvy ontop when you are doing small lettering. It helps alot, its also water soluble so you can clean it right off.
I tried it on these and it didn't make a difference. This fabric is pretty stable
Lee, straight knowledge as usual. ❤❤🤘🤘
Amazing you Killin it 🔥
Proud of all your success Lee! From Harleys to custom goods it's been a fun ride!
I appreciate that man!

Absolutely awesome, nothing more to say. Done........... ow wait, HE's KILLING IT.
Thanks man 👊🏻
Nailed it bro!👊 100% correct, smaller needle smaller thread great work.
Thanks man. Slowly learning the embroidery game
@@leestuart38 well you off to a GREAT start!

You're an animal. I did 300 pieces on the single head at 20k stitches each...took a month 😂. I ordered my 6 head after that
Another super clean video, love your work ethic.
dope embroidery thanks for showing us the 40weight vs the 60 weight.
The difference is so huge

This. 100% all the time
Fact.
Good stuff man. Embroidery has been a great addition to my Tshirts company also.
Amazing work as always. a note specifically on the video, i think you nailed the audio you had during the embroidery. if that means anything. i don't know. it seemed right.
I appreciate it. It's always a lot of work to get the audio sounding right in these things, especially in this loud and echoey shop
Sup from Ireland , Great to see you back Lee
Good to be back 👊🏻
Awesome Buddy keep it up. I'm loving the content it keeps me inspired
Smart idea! Def going to try it.
That rouge hat is fire!
There's a few different versions of it in the online store! 🤘🏻

Greta job. The beats are so cool in this video haha. The light and laser on little Timmy is that factory?
Thanks! The lights and laser are all factory equipped stuff. It's a really well done machine
Hi Lee, Madeira is a really good embroidery thread for your Tajima machine.

Love your videos! Who is your digitizer? We are looking for a new one.

New Lee vid -> shittt gonna be a Screenprinting tuttorial/content -> embroidery vid -> old video marathon on the way 😂
Lol - Canadian Dinner Jacket... nice.!
Who do you use for you digitizing?
Good job my mentor
How would that design look with puff? On the Hat or flannel to give it slight depth?
Thanks 🙏
Really cool!!!!
What speed do you normally run your hats at?
Anywhere in the range of 700-800spm is the sweet spot in my opinion
Great content!
Thanks! 🤘🏻

Loved how the flannel shirt turned out. What software are you using for the digitizing? We use Wilcom Hatch and I fucking hate it.
I don't do my own digitizing just yet. I have pulse but I haven't used it yet
anyone ever use embroidered adhesive in a flannel? looking for other options since I do not have an embroidery machine to put on flannels
Heat press adhesive works ok, but it doesn't last over time. It's usually good for about 50-60 washes
Does the digitizing need to be different for the 60wt & size 9 needle?
Or was it just to program a colour change into it?
The digitizing will need to be set up for 60w
@@leestuart38 okay thanks!
Yes. 60wt is only 80% the width of 40wt. So you need to increase density up 120%.
@@matthewenderle8880 thanks!
Where is the thread from?
Link and discount code are in the video description
How much one of those machines cost?
Not a simple answer since there are a bunch of factors involved with these machines. I have a review video on this machine coming out in 2 weeks that goes over it
you'd be good wearing that as a dinner jacket in Kentucky as well. LMAO
A place of great taste 😂
❤❤❤
IMO the hat looked dope, the flannel seemed... misplaced? As if they needed to use a different colour-way or something. Either way, nice job dude!
Anytime there's a pattern involved that sort of happens, it's the negative space in the design. Some like it and some don't
@@leestuart38 That's exactly it dude, it's how the negative space is filled 👌🏻
Where’s your 6 head?;)
This was shot before it got here
