    *糖糕面团
    400克 水 | 1.6杯
    20克 色拉油 | 4茶匙
    20克 白砂糖 | 4茶匙
    200克 中筋面粉 | 1.6杯
    15克 中筋面粉 | 1汤匙
    * 馅料
    30克 红糖 | 2汤匙
    30克 白糖 | 2汤匙
    15克 中筋面粉/糯米粉 | 2汤匙
    25克 烤白芝麻 | 2汤匙
    20克 色拉油 | 4茶匙
    小贴士:
    * 炸糖糕很好做, 要说会翻车的就是会开裂, 所以制作前请看完视频之后再开始操作。视频里面记录了怎么做不会开裂的细节。
    * 吃不完的可以速冻, 然后烤箱烘烤即可,和刚炸出来的区别不大的。
    * 馅料不要包太多, 一大勺差不多了,太多会容易溢出来。

    20g Cooking Oil | 4 tsp
    Tips:
    * Making fried sugar cakes is easy, but the challenge is preventing them from cracking. So, please watch the video before starting the process. The video highlights details on how to prevent cracking.
    * If you can't finish them all, you can freeze them and then bake them in the oven, and they'll taste almost the same as freshly fried.
    * Don't overfill the filling; a large spoonful is enough, as too much can easily overflow.
