Fitted up some upgrades to the Clio. Mamba 21t hybrid turbo, ktec 3 inch decats, custom intake, airtec cold side boost pipes and a forge motorsport intercooler kit, mapping coming soon
Awesome ! Sounds really good ! The smile you have on light throttle as turbos spool says it will be a blast to drive once everything is how you want it . Great driving roads around there lots of fun for sure

you are not far wrong. I did record it all, 85% of became corrupted and wasn't usable 🤦♂
@@Adeyspec Awhhh :( Oh well. I'll be looking at an intercooler before a remap I think, I hear the bumper is easy to remove?

There are so few videos on the Clio 4 RS, even less on modifications like these, absolutely great work! Thank you for actually showing the whole process of it, i was hesistant on doing a turbo upgrade on it but it's actually pretty simple to remove, i will 100% do the same in the future ! I know you have now tuned it too, did you try to do 0 100( or 0 60) pulls on it? I would love to know the time it does at 300hp
thank you glad it helped. I haven't properly timed it, though 0-60 I doubt will change too much, it'll probably just wheel spin more. 60-100mph time will have a decent increase though. I will try to get some videos of it on a run soon

Yes I can, the one I used was 001-1154, MAMBA 9-6 Billet Turbocharger FOR Nissan MR16DDT TIIDA JUKE TD04HL-21TK. it'll be too big for most, there is a slightly smaller 19T version

@@warren_sutton later spool really. itd be perfect if you could get the gearbox to allow higher revs but its my current limitation. most would be better using a smaller unit that give better bottom end because of this. if you get on the clio fb page there is a chap there called ian wilacy who can build a 300bhp hybrid turbo.

Its universal or especifical for Clio 4 RS?

Hi Adeyspec, I live in New Zealand. I got 15' Clio RS and it's stage 1 (Bluefin) ECU tuned, Maxogen ITG Cold Air Intake, Cold Boost pipe, 2nd Cat and Resonator removed. I'm thinking about getting Hybrid Turbo (Mamba turbo the one you got) from Australia or UK.
Can I bolt on this turbo only, or do I need to purchase Front Intercooler as well? And also can I drive without tuning, or does it need to be tuned again by proper mechanic/garage?

The factory intercooler isn't very good. That said you could fit the hybrid and run it. I wouldn't drive hard without a map though.

hello, did you have to configure the wastegate and do you have the stock recirc valve still?
i still have the stock recirc valve in place. We added some preload to the stock actuator during mapping (y)
