Great video! I’m in the process of deciding between this Itg kit and airtec. May I please ask why you chose this system and does not having the cold air tube work in our Aussie weather? I’m only considering the airtec because it has the tube. Thank you in advance!
Hi, can you please give me advise, when I start the engine in the morning while the motor is cold it is quite with no knocking as soon as the motor gets hot the knocking noise starts, but when the car idles the sound goes away. while driving there is no knocking noise, when I push the clutch in to slow down the knocking sound comes back when I stop at a robot the knocking is there for a few seconds and then it goes away. the idling is quiet. when revving up to pull away the knock comes back, until we get to a certain speed then the knocking sound is gone and car idles normal, I did an oil change. Renault Megane 1600 16V.

Yeah bro this was super awesome - wish I had this a year ago. With the filter, did you spray some sort of debris catching oil? If so what type
Also bro, Id look into changing the cold side pipes, if your gonna push the car it is super worth it. Mine just failed.

Did you have to do a fuel remap?
I haven't had to do anything it's run like a dream ever since, however apparently a tune can unlock the full potential of the intake
@@renownautodetailing I put I. A kn filter and the car struggled at idle. Air fuel mixture wasn’t right. Full throttle was good tho

what did you do to stop the engine light from coming on?
Nothing, it's still on, I've been ignoring it lol but I think it needs to go to Renault or someone with a fancy scan tool to clear the code
So basically you will receive a CEL when changing your intake to this?
