These Twin Home Experts videos helped me so much I can hardly put it into words.
Our building was plagued by sewer rats for over 10 years, it was so bad two elderly residents were forced to sell/move out. Unfortunately the rats returned just when I moved in. After watching these videos I did my own smoke test which revealed an open sewer pipe buried directly underneath my shower and a faulty concrete slab. The rats have caused considerable financial, structural and psychological damage but I will say that finding that last access point was one of the best feelings ever!

@@007nadineL I bought "encapsulated smoke pellets" from amazon and used a hairdryer to push the smoke through the pipes.

I agree. They do far more than any other pest control I've seen. I've had rentokill here for four months and all they done was put down poison. I gave them a negative review on trust pilot so they came and lifted manhole covers around this area without a pipe camera and then sent me a pdf report.
So they didn't come back after that so a few weeks later I left another negative review because they didn't come back for six weeks. I got a phone call from them begging me to take down my review. He said there's nothing else he can do. But they didn't go into my attic to look for rats nests or holes where the rats are getting in.
Rentokill is a complete waste of money.

I bought a couple of your traps, we live in what we like to call our Humble Little Jungle. The rats love to hangout under our large floating deck. We we seeing them in the trees helping themselves at the squirrel feeder. When we got you traps, at first we were getting 5 to 10 a day. Rarely having to reload the bait. Now we get a couple a week and haven't changed the "Cheddar cheese" in months. Amazing.

Rats and job well done aside, huge thanks for laying tarps and covering even if you have vacs and dust extractors, I've seen plenty of "professionals" leave plaster, drywall dust, dirt/mud , hand and footprints, paint etc. over everything from floors to beds. Get ourself a professional 1 component foam gun applicator.
Instead of that one time tube gor the regular you have a metal "gun" on it that is closable, and you can store it for weeks without problem 😁 at least here one applicator gun cost the same as one or two foam cans and saves itself in 3 uses.
Also get the acetone cleaner to clean the tip after use
