The home owner really should of replaced that pipe that was open at the top. Great job fellas. Watched Marathons of your videos and it's taught me so much on not only plumbing but that rats that use the plumbing for tunnels. I worked pest control but had to find a different type of work because our hands are tied when it comes to rodents and I couldn’t really help any customers since our pay is determined by how many stops I can do a day🤑

Without a doubt, you Twins have taken rodent "e-rat-ication" to the next level. I feel for these people who are dealing with heavy infestations. I'm also impressed with the steps the Twins take in order to close the door on rats and send them to the netherworld. Wait, they're already living in the netherworld. Little devils. And not so little sometimes, are they? I have at least one in my attic that is easily 16" long with tail. Ratzilla is super trap-shy. I can't figure out what the heck he's surviving on, food-wise. Being that the Twins work the LA area, which is where I am, I may end up having to call in the Twins with their big-guns. Rat-Vac, custom spring traps, portable tar-pits, whatever it takes. Until then, I'll fight the best fight I can, and my game is getting better, thanks to the Twins. Thanks, Dave and Jim!!

sadly I feel this guys pain .. they have eaten thru mobile home and got into my ceiling .. If all goes well .. looks like my best option is to rip out 50% of my ceiling to start with and pull all the insulation and alot of wall :(

These rats seem like a never ending battle! It’s so expensive to do all the inspections let alone the real work of fixing the leaks. What do people do? Hard to find good professionals willing to do the work. Plumbers don’t want to do sewer or rat problems in crawl spaces. Makes homeowners desperate & afraid.

I wonder how much the cost of this whole operation cost...cutting pipes/replacing pipes, flushing/cleaning the pipes, cutting parts of the house/building it back up, breaking down the concrete floor/building it back up, removing the rats, securing the location so no more rat problems in the future, and plus, you two are not ordinary "tradesmen", I will have to assume you guys are like a semi celebrities of your trade so if I had to guess........i would put the total cost at $15,000 to $25,000
