I have been dealing with a rat issue for about 2 months, and the Night Everything Changed in my life, the rat ate an avocado on my counter, and ripped into a bag of tostadas. And that is what the first "professional" said to me, just like what Juan said, "It must have been a Mexican rat." It was funnier when Juan said it in this video than when I was freaking out in my own kitchen. :) Thanks for all the help you bring to people who are freaked out and have nowhere to turn in these situations!
I love you guys soo much Thankfully I got no rats in my home but I love watching you guys work so hard to get the job done and it just makes me feel so happy and as well for the victims of this rat abuse. Keep up the good work Twins !
I lived in an apartment where a rat chewed a hole around the ceiling fan bolt thing in the ceiling. Lets just say that was terrifying to watch something chewing through and not knowing what's going to come out the wall lol. It was like that scene on the Shinning lol. Prior to that I had a hard time getting the apartments to do anything because they came out and said they didn't see any rat dropping or proof it was there until the ceiling incident. They was like oh get some mint/gave me some glue traps, so i did and sprayed it. Yea no that rat was still around. One day i saw that ugly tail going under the oven and called the apartments immediately. There was a rat hole behind the stove. After watching a lot of theses videos, I'm like they should of looked back there to begin with.
Hey, great video but there's a part where you covered the license plate with the blur. As you were telling us about the landlady about to call . It seems as your employee had 'stolen' the blur 8:53 - 9:02 Just thought I'd let you guys know
I wish you were on the East coast. But, I bought the vacuum, a fiber optic lens & camera. They’re under the slab w the addition. Exterminators like the poison in the locked box. They’re not in my house. I use to have a severe phobia w rodents. I’m desensitized w your videos.
Oooh weeee!!!! Thanks to you guys, I wouldn’t stop until I found an exterminator (3rd was a charm) who would actually find entry holes for the mice in my condo!)
@@TwinHomeExperts I also now know how better to make traps work w proper baiting. (For sticky traps… Do you recommend putting peanut butter in the center? Every exterminator told me something different)
Oh man, this poor lady, you can tell it's bothered her a ton with how she was cleaning before you came over. I wish you can tell her for me that things get better and she's doing a good job reaching out for help. And she couldn't have found better help than the twins.
Yes I agree "sometime landlords are slumlord". My landlord is going to sell his apartment, so he is not taking care of the rat problem. Lie and delay, lie and delay
Twin home experts and their team always do an amazing job, love your videos. are you also on the east coast. Thank you for sharing your work, videos, Stay safe.
Wait... you didn't show what you did with the big space behind the drawers. Did you just put in the wire and then cover with wood or what? I have that problem in my house, under all sinks there's a huge access hole in the wall by the plumbing and mice are getting through there. I don't know what to do. :-( please help
I LOVE your videos! One suggestion is to remember to wipe the lens on your GoPro before filming so you don’t have debris, water, or dust in your footage. It’s the equivalent of driving with a dirty windshield. 🤣
YOUR ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! We honestly try so hard to keep this damn lens clean. It sneaks up on us though. Think the rats come in a smear our lens behind our backs after cleaning.
I really wish to do something like this cause my dad was a contractor and remodeled homes but this stuff here interests me but I can’t find anyone willing to train me with 0 plumbing experience.. :/
@@comfortablynumb9342 I can’t stress how much people tell me to fake it till I make it but that’s what scares me… I do tell someone I have the experience, I do the job and end up messing something up… that scares me but you are right I really should. I watch the twins all the time!!! I should expand my research.
Yeah but that fear will hold you back forever, if its too difficult to acquire formal education in plumbing or youre unlilely to attain it anytime soon, you do exactly as the first guy said. practice , learn online with videos and stuff, then learn on the job and pretend you have experience, worse thing that can happen is you fuck up but if you take shit seriously the worse thing you will do is have to admit its too difficult and tell them to hire someone else
Yoo i have a mice problem they made huge ass whole in the dry wall 2 big wholes u can fit your head inside thEY chew the fan from the stoves they are in the vent from the restroom there chewed the wifi cable I stay here in California LA AREA I NEED HELP we replaced the dry wall there going crazy we have a lot of traps nun go off these smart I have like 3 air soft guns loaded full mag
I’m surprised the landlord was okay with all that, some landlord don’t wanna pay or hire a professional they rather just laid traps. I just can imagine the bill after y’all were done

Landlords don't know how distructive dogs are to there property. Every time I let my tenants have dogs, the rats appear. The last two years , absolutely no dogs, no more rats. Tenants are baboons. They never clean up after there dogs. They can't understand why the rats.
Hey I want everyone reading this to talk to God he saved me and I wanna share and spread him so you guys can get saved to plz talk to him you never know when your last day is earth is only temporary and God is eternal and he is very very real

Poor woman, you can tell she was just so tired of dealing with them. She must’ve felt so relieved that you guys could fix the issue 😁

There are tons of questions a few I submitted myself. Please do periodic q&a videos. You ask for comments so I offered one.

I see the problem here
They are the rat whisperers
The tail is longer than the body, that means it's a roof rat. They spend most of their time 3' or more off the ground 😀
What kind of rats are those? They look different than the ones I've shot and trapped in Florida.
