I'm the homeowner in this video. I found the Twins one night surfing youtube videos because I was trying to understand the habits of rats. I was also having a hard time because as I say in the vid, there is no company that can do rodent exclusion and plumbing at the same time. When I found these guys, it was as though I had discovered fire. I could not believe that any company would post videos on the internet explaining how you can DIY all these things. Nobody ever does that, they want to do it themselves and get paid. So right away, I knew these guys had to be honest. The next day I called them up, and I have never had a better experience hiring a professional. If only the entire world was filled with companies like Twin Home Experts. We had a blast. The came in under-time, under-cost, and I have not heard a single critter since. It's obvious that this problem had existed in this house long before I ever bought it, because they pulled out traps from under the house that I never set.
If you have any problem that these guys can handle, you'd be making a big mistake by not hiring them. They will do the job right, they will do it with the most cutting-edge technology, they will have the best prices, and they will stand behind their work. I'm going to have them back to remodel my bathroom, and I'm thinking of doing a DIY solar water heater, and I'll need their help there too.
    Great work guys!

My partner said last year to my pest control manager why don’t you have a dummy rat / robot with camera/ video on recording so you can see what is going on under my floor boards they told us we were was crazy and laughed in our faces and Asked if we been on the crazy juice or smoking it . rats very commonly enter houses via any vents which have outlets on the house exterior: dryer vents, ventilation vents, ANY vents which exit the house on a wall are entry points for rats, and need to have a wire mesh protector fitted over them!!! Plastic louvres or flaps on vents are NOT protection against rats. rats chew through such flaps in a few minutes, then enter the vent, travel along the duct, and then chew through the duct and drop into the house. I am daily fitting wire mesh over vents for my customers!!!!

My parent's kitchen line had a break under the kitchen for 10 years. They waited until the line completely collapsed to repair and unlike this house, there is no crawlspace, their house is concrete foundation on soil. Fun fact, that sewer soil smells like mulch you get at home depot. Also my parent's cast iron line was completely compacted for three feet.

With the help of a neighbour we gave the little rascle time to get out and then stuffed chicken wire into the hole Job done! I also trapped a couple and our local council put poison down.
