Had a mouse get into our house and tried snap traps. The little stinker wouldn't take the bait with just peanut butter, so I used the twins advice of changing up the bait. Sprinkled some bits from the Tomcat poison bait blocks already in my house and added a sprinkle of protein powder on top of the peanut butter on the snap trap. The mouse was hiding under my dishwasher, and there is a hole on each side of the cover plate, so I placed a snap trap on either side of the exit points. Set the traps last night and found ole boy got his last breakfast this morning snapped in the trap. Had multiple mice get in my rental home and had one pest control company come out and they scammed us by not telling us about all the entry points. Found another company that did a thorough inspection and got all the entry points sealed by my landlord. Thank you both for all the information and advice for traps and exclusion work. Hopefully we are finally done with mice getting in my house.

You guys should incorporate repairs in drywall/tile or any wall you open. That type of work is super easy to learn and do that way you guys are a one stop shop. Homeowner doesn’t need to deal with another company the repairs are done before you leave. It’s a win win for everyone
wow great job I have learned so much I share this with my neighbors My dog chased rat it was just turning dark he chased under the car was parked outside Then my dog started to jump by the hood of the car he wouldnt stop so I started the car thinking this would scare the rat he would get out of my car I didnt see the rat I then parked my car The next morning to my horror was the biggest dead rat in my garage My dog must have pireced him his teeth are really sharp OMG I had to take the pooper scooper and discard him Thank God he didnt make my engine his home No more parking outside when it gets cold I heard they can chew up your engine when looking for a place to keep warm .I enjoy your videos really like the rat dance keep up the great work people so need your professional help and advice big fan from Milwaukee wisc

I used to get field mice last place I lived & had 2 cats who were good in catching & eating them. I would leave wasabi peas out for the mice where I could see they were infiltrating & they always messed up.
Yeah homeowners are usually lacking in detail in their own lives… I’m not even one minute in on this video and you helped me understand that a lot of these people that have rat infestations have that lazy mind or they have a cat or they’re just like oh maybe there’s a rat I believe that there are situations that it’s the rats fault but sometimes these homeowners are inviting trouble from mammals and rats alike
I live in the province of Alberta in Canada. Our province is said to be rat free. I'm sure there are a few somewhere. Luckily I've never seen a live rat anywhere in my life. I came from a cattle and grain farm. I'm terrified of mice. I can't imagine the the terror of seeing a live rat in my home or anywhere near it.
I have a rat problem in my attic for 8 months, I tried everything. Glue, poison , trap, baking soda, borax.im so hopeless. I had 2 companies come out and paid 2 grand, to seal it up and set trap, I need help. Do you service inland empire.
Why does America have such a rat problem? Is it encased sewer pipes within house to hinder freezing? Like In Australia sewer piper are on the outside of houses. The exception newly created box-homes with box-gutters, etc.

Ugh a rat just ran over my foot while I was in the bathroom. I had no idea i could move that fast or scream that loud🤣😂 I thought I was about to get bit lol. It sucks because I just finished working out/thought I was going to just lay down. No I'm trying to hunt down a rat. I think it went in my closet.

Yes, here in Japan, it’s almost unheard of.
Old farm houses here will get rats but not modern houses.

Don’t rats chew through spray foam? Here in UK they will chew through pretty much anything
