    hi i was diagnosed with ovarian cysts I was placed on birth control for heavy bleeding for months ive discovered exercising helps stops the bleeding completely after two days of exercising just a 10 minute work out with stretchers or leg work out helps the weird part is i bleed heavy when i do eat inflammation foods same as dairy products and spices that has hidden ingredients inside

    Love your videos your so happy chatty & human ! I hope I can try use some of your advise as I’m near end of my tether with menopause which I thought was over a few years ago now but started getting night sweats again & the mental me 😱 I’m just not the person I was & trying so hard to climb out of a hole ! I’m 56 & sure there must be a better chance of a happier me soon ! Thanks again for your inspiration 😘

    So two sessions of 30 minutes is ok? How about dancing? I always feel so happy and refreshed after dancing to my favourite music, so maybe dancing in fact decreases cortisol?

      A cortisol release is a physiological response. What you are feeling is more so a release of endorphins. Any type of physical activity lasting longer than 30 minutes I would recommend glucose at the 30 minute mark to combat that cortisol release.

      Makes sense. Thank you! My question is, if I do a 30 min workout in the morning and another 30 in the evening, will that prevent cortisol build-up as opposed to one long 60-min session?

      Yes as long as your nutrition is on point around those 2 workouts.

    I have hormonal imbalance I find when o do FBW I break out with acne, it affects my mood and my libido is low. I took a 2 week break and focused just on yoga and my acne was near gone, my body was less achy and my was on point. Can fasted cardio affect hormonal imbalance?

      Yes, I never recommend women work out fasted! I have done a couple videos on this!

      @@DrBethWestie oh really ... I've always heard walking fssted burns more fat but it's been giving my fluid retention, making me so tired by the end of the day and my acne is out of control as is my mood and my sex drive is so low. I only walk 30mins at normal speed not fast just a normal pace. But 2 weeks without it it resolved all this. I've only had hormonal imbalance for the past 2 year since my third bubba turned 1. Could you please talk a bit more about this and if you dont mind directing me to the right videos till then . Thank you so much for replying it means a lot.

    Ok so I take Estradiol since I am in surgical menopause for a year and four months now. I read that if one does something like HIIT depletes the estradiol. So, I stick with walking, elliptical, or cycling and try to stay in the fat burning zone.
    Questions:
    What are your thoughts on running in place?
    What kind of glucose injectors do you recommend we bring to the gym? For instance, I strength train for 30 minutes and then right after I do 30 minutes of cardio. Then I stretch for 10 minutes afterward.
    So, I work out five times a week. Three days of weights and 30 minute cardio and then five days of just cardio for five days for an hour.

      This is a pretty significant amount of exercise throughout the week so you definitely want to make sure your nutrition is on point. The female body, especially in menopause is highly sensitive to stress (exercise is a stressor) so the tendency is to store fat. Which you can counteract with nutrition.
      Glucose can be similar to honey, maple syrup, making your own with coconut water & juice, Nuun, etc.

    When your lymphatic system drains, does it all go to the liver? I rebound everyday and follow up with a coffee enema because I’ve always been under the impression that I could flush those toxins out via the liver

      It depends! The liver isn't able to flush all toxins out of the body. It only has so much of a capacity. So unless you are detoxing at the cellular level you aren't going to be able to effectively flush all toxins.

    What do you mean have a little glucose at the 30 minute mark? Like eat a piece of candy? Sorry might be a stupid question

      You need some glucose or sugar at the 30 minute mark. Not necessarily candy, but honey or maple syrup are both good examples.
