The FairLife Omega 3 and 92 percent cacao MAYBE TOO MUCH for some but yes I've consume together and the one thing I noticed is that consuming both seems to accentuate my urine. Fair life chocolate milk is super good they have it at Wal Mart stores in Canada I wish they would bundle it in a three of Pack or make a 10 litre jug I would buy it
I usually drink a big bottle of low-fat fairlife milk every other day. If my digestion is good for around 4 days, I go for a big bottle of chocolate fairlife milk…
Add an additional 1/2 serving to your math. 6 1/2 x 8oz gives you 52oz. I drink a bottle a day of fat free. 1/4 bottle a day of chocolate. LOVE this stuff!
I am absolutely in love with the fat free milk, I shoot for 40percent protein a day and was having trouble hitting that even with protein powder, since I found this milk I’ve been able to surpass 40% each day with ease and have ditched my protein powder
I believe there are two different kinds, one with 26 and one with 40. I think the 40 gram is actually a protein shake and not just milk. I also think it doesn't taste quite as good, but it's definitely a quick and easy way to get a huge dose of protein.
I’ve recently began drinking the chocolate and end up drinking the entire 1.5 L. Not sure if that’s a good idea as 72 grams of sugar in the whole thing
Comes down to personal preference, IMO. There's some data to suggest that spreading protein intake out throughout the day has a slightly better outcome for muscle growth. If you mixed this with a protein shake you'd be up over 50g of protein in a single serving, which is a lot. But if you like the way it tastes and you need to have a big dose of protein all at once to help you hit your protein goal, I'd say go for it.
@@Yon_Solo Bulking is simply a matter of lifting weights and being in a calorie surplus (while eating the correct amount of protein, not too much, not too little).
