Core Power does NOT show the "TYPE" of proteins used in thier product. We had to call the company directly since they dont know how to list ingredients. Their customer service told me its (80% casein and 20% Whey.) Now I know why they dont list it.
@@ShreddedDad What I worry about is less the calories shown, and what may actually be inside. They say 170 (On the small bottles), but if you run the grams of carbs, fats, and proteins...there is more than 170 calories...and from carbs. If it's an extra 200 calories, I don't care...so long as it's in protein or fat. The taste makes me think these may vary from what the label says. Every other protein drink or mix has a very specific type of taste. This one tastes like an actual milkshake, and I want to see a random bottle tested.
That's interesting...I personally always go for chocolate. I don't remember noticing an after taste to that one. Both shamrock and fairlife are the best out there IMO.

Yeah, I've tried protein shakes before... I know what you mean about the aftertaste. This sounds good man.

And what’s wrong with casein?Just wondering
I thought casein was in a lot of cows milk and goats milk? It is just because it could be addictive or some people are allergic? What’s wrong with it?
I would really really like to find a review that does in to that those indefinite analysis of the quality of protein used in these types of Drinks...
You think this could be a meal replacement
No, there's not enough calories in a bottle to replace a meal but they taste soooooo good.
Maybe if you get the one that has 42 grams of protein that has 230 calorie.
can i drink these if i’m trying to lose weight ?
As long as you’re in a calorie deficit, you can drink these and continue to lose weight

Fake sugar , acesulfame
It bloats me up and give me gas.
It’s lactose and gluten free.. your issue may be what you eat
most things with that much protein will make you somewhat bloated. gas however isn’t being caused by this…
I'm a big fan of this Fairlife protein shake. Another really good one...maybe even better tasting is from Shamrock Farms.
May need to try it out
Tried the vanilla Shamrock. Has a bit of an after taste to it. I think I'll stick to Fairlife.

Fairlife has no lactose--shamrock version does. This is a big deal to some.
