I'm from Romania and I have some things to say
    1. Our justice system doesn't have bail.
    2. In the criminal system people are ussually judged by a pannel of three random picked judges.
    3. The authorities are always watching the casino buissnes and potential sex traffiking for the sex chat business.
    4. Search mandates and preventiv detaining are done by a judge. Prossucuteurs bring the matter of a search mandate to a judge and he or she decides if they will get that mandate if there are sufficient suspicions of crime. Prossucuteurs can hold you for 24 hours for questions and in this time they need to get you in front of a judge if they want to impose the preventive arrest.
In that case they will bring their evidence to the judge and you can defend yourself. Preventive arrest is done only for flight risk and dangerous suspects.
    5. The maximum penalty in Romania is 25 years. If you are convicted of multiple crimes you will only do the time for the higher one. They can cumulate under Romanian law. In this case if Tate gets 25 for organized crime he will do only that.
    6. It is illegal for citizens in Romania to have guns. So nobody keeps anyone at gun point. If Tate own a gun, or if a gun was found at his property he will do time for that alone.
    7. Romanian public doesn't know how Tate is, there is no public interes on him or his ideology or activities.
    8. Romanian public and institutions have a great deal of troubles with foreing citizens who were coming here to do sexual activities that are forbidden by law. In my mind if Tate is proven guilty he will get the maximum.
    9. In the matter of the preventive arrest, sometimes after 20 days the prosecutors will demand another 30 days and so on. Because this was instituted on suspicions of crimes and flight risk these mandates tend to be approved by judges. I think he will stay in jail until after the trial. If he is found guilty and let's say he stayed 2 years in preventive arrest (preventive arrest tends to be even longer) those 2 years are counted as part of his time. For example he gets 5 years and he's done 2, he will only do 3 more.
    10. For organized crime there are no conditional release or time reduction in most cases since these are considered the most dangerous criminals.
    11. There are no deals to be made for somebody in the Romanian legal system. You can get a lower sentence if you collaborate with the authorities but that is determined by a judge.
12 My personal opinion is that Tate is guilty because in Romania aside from big betting companies that own different casinos nobody dose casino buissnes without help and protection form the local organized crime. I belive he was working with a local crime organization that was already under investigation and they had enough to arrest him. The same goes for the sex chat thing.

Like he says "two girls got back on the plane," but that doesn't mean that they refused, that could be because they would have been found, or were too hard to convince not to go home and they were extremely aware they were being trafficked and raised a bunch of alarms and escaped back. I do think people who hate the Tate brothers are using the words 'sex trafficking' in bad faith.

This is the basis of the appeal of conspiracy theories for dumb people and the uninitiated layman. The idea that you have some sort of secret esoteric knowledge that separates you from everyone else is too alluring to many people. They know it makes no sense but they are psychotic and are having a psychotic insight due to their entire belief system being based in illogic and insecurities about themselves and society at large. So having logical arguments with these people (if they aren’t family), is a fool’s errand. The best antidote is to let them just destroy themselves, their life, and their relationships. Humans only learn when they have nothing left to cling onto and are a rock bottom; impactful life events can be a kind of “factory reset” for humans and that is when people’s minds are most malleable and most open to new ideas and beliefs.

I am guessing there's good odds he might have had a blind eye turned to him had he not been blatantly claiming the Romanian legal system was corrupt and easy to buy off. It only takes one person with pull seeing this and deciding it is an unacceptable message for a foreigner to send up about their country, and the last thing they would want is a bunch of Americans thinking Romania is a great place for dirty laundry. i guess but even then it seems a little strange 'cuz even though in the middle east their views on women are backwards to say the least i'm a little surprised that they'd let andrews views of women slide on its own because even though they agree that women are property or whatever there's more to it, like in islam there's at least the veneer of them being respectful towards women and simply looking out for them or some such thing. the way they go about it is really restrictive and stifling but it has the justification behind it of "we're just protecting them incase something happens". andrew seems to be building his worldview off of merely seeing women as money printers to extort or a hole to put his penis into. he has no pretenses of wanting to protect or look out for or respect anybody, his entire worldview is that men should be exploiting women as objects to make them money or give them sex. also the casinos, and the fact he's selling porn, the fact he sold drugs, although it doesn't seem that far-fetched that he has muslim fans 'cuz lots of people don't know shit about their own religion anyways, his worldview seems to come from a completely opposite direction to what islam is built off of.

They for a few months have been trying the fan call in segment. This segment a fan would try to give an interesting topic to discuss and if it sounds interesting they will get to call in. The crew and Ethan don't really know more than the title of the topic and have zero knowledge of what will be said.
The girl only said that she met Fresh and Fit. She was going to call in and give accounts to her interactions. The goal was yo see how cringe they were in real life. As she told the story you could tell it was very boring and weird, Ethan response was that of someone uninterested. That's when she ramped it up and made claims in her story that alluded to sexual assult. 'Myron lifting up her top without concent' when Ethan asked further about it being sexual assult the girl said it wasn't even though what she had describe was clear sexual assult.
The narrative that Ethan brought this girl to make a sexual assult accusation without validating her claims is false. Noone in the crew new what was going to be said. Live reacting to the call is part of the content. The only verification that they did before the call was to make sure the caller had proof of actually meeting Fresh and Fit.
This is no different than what Lav did in ChudLogic stream, make light insinuations of allegations and let everyone else fill in the gaps.
So the inference that H3H3 went and got a girl on to talk about Sexual Alegations without verifying her story is just not true since they had no Idea that allegation was going to be made.

In Eastern Europe everything is on the table, that's how and why mafia operate there. Most officials don't want to be blown up while getting into their car. However if the government decide to make an example out of someone, they will definitely throw someone who isn't totally connected (like Tate) under the bus. After all Tate is a friend of mine and not a friend of ours (he's expendable).
Also often in these types of cases, in these countries, you'll have high level officials fighting against lower level officials and investigators so it does also complicate issues. It's not hard to destroy a case and if the price is right it might be worth while for someone to take a hit to collect a payday, and help Tate out.
Another possibility is that Tate has bought heat to the mafia, putting them under pressure from officials that feel like they have to act (the whole world is watching Romania), so there's also the possibility that the mafia have, or will serve Tate up on a plate so they can return to business as usual.

If you pretend to fall in love to get a girl to work for you, it's a dirtbag move but I disagree that it's sex trafficking per se. How do you prove love or lack thereof in a courtroom? My issue with the term coercion is it's too open ended and removes the onus of responsibility of oneself on someone else. We have a responsibility over our personage to decide yes or no to a given action.
If one is forced or threatened to... well then the onus isn't on you, it's taken from you.
But it is possible he used violence or threats thereof to keep them doing it, and I guess we will ultimately see.

@@rutgerhauser2377 there's a difference between getting a girl to fall in love with you so they'll work for you and getting a girl to fall in love with you so they can work for you as a camgirl that has never done sec work before by tricking her to move to a different country live in a compound with armed men around with 74 other girls all being manipulated like you were essentially getting stuck in this situation and then get your money stolen from you and threatened and lied to about your situation to be forced to continue on in the situation.
Lmao are you okay? What does love have to do with it? Love is the initial step which isn't even that important it's the next 9 million awful and illegal things that they'll talk about in the court room. Regardless of whether he actually loves them or not he openly admits to using their love for him against them.
Yeah because sometimes the onus is on the person coercing people. Again you are completely missing the point coercion is already something he admitted to and its a singular component its not illegal to play with someone's emotions its what you do to play with their emotions that's illegal and the circumstances you are under.
If you don't get that your either stupid or being purposefully obtuse. Flirting with a student is one thing insinuating to the student that they will get a better grade if they fuck you is one thing tricking a student to fall in love with you having another criminal party helping convince them to move to a different country and do sex work in the hopes of being his girlfriend and getting rich only to get there him manipulate you now your stuck in a compound with men with guns around getting your wages stolen in a country you don't speak the language with effectively nowhere to turn being the situation is threat enough but on top of that they allege he literally threatened them blackmailed them and they were raped etc etc like you cant be dumb enough to get hung up on something that shouldn't even be a second thought.
If I was a family friend I pulled up in your dad's car and said "cmon buddy your dad had me pick you up today he's with your mom in the hospital there was a medical issue and you got in then I convinced you to go with me you end up in Mexico you don't know the language your in my compound your parents sold you to me im forcing you to do sex work stealing the majority of your wages and threatining you as my armed guards stand around would you really be sitting their saying "HMMMMMM well I guess my problem with this is the coercion it was my choice to get into the car and trust you so can I really push the onus onto you????"

@@jobo2243 Done with your spiel? Ok.
If s3x work is real work then there is no difference. It's a dick move what he did but it isn't HT. No means No. Yes means Yes. If they signed off on it the onus is on them.
If threats, violence, and or entrapment is involved, the onus is no longer on them. And I notice you use the word allege... exactly. Allege is an accusation, not proven yet.
Even armed security isn't an end all be all indicator. If you are wealthy, you have armed security.
The problem with your analogy is the initial premise is a falsehood. In tate's case the initial thing was "I like you, why don't you fly out to romania see my mansion?"
      The premise is true.
Now if they changed their mind after and he prevented them from leaving, (which is possible), then yeah you got something here. Which again is what is being alleged by some of the accusers I believe.
I am not gonna say he didn't do it, it's definitely possible.

The problem with deplatforming is when beliefs arent challenged at all they spiral and get radical really fast. So if you kick all the conservatives on one platform and then all the leftists one another they both get very out of hand very quick.

While is a bit hard for me to think he's a trafficker if the evidence is actually there then it's there. Tate stans you have to accept that anyone can lie to you at any time for any reason. If you don't what will you do if he is convicted?

I'm not much of a Tate fan but I applaud your open mind. I don't know if he's innocent but if the courts decide he is then that's that. Ethan Klien should not make accusations without a shred of evidence so he will always be wrong no matter what. Not to mention the people memeing about the pizza boxes and Greta stuff are incredibly irresponsible.
That said the people who refuse to even consider he may be guilty are wild. I wouldn't trust any internet celebrity as far as I could throw them. For people talking about the matrix and questioning those in power, they don't seem to question the power and benefits he gets from anything.
When Tate released the video claiming he could break the laws in Romania with no consequences it put the Romanian government in the spot to either prove him right or wrong. They chose to prove him wrong.
